If I could give it 0 stars I would. There were TWO people in front of me in line. I ordered my drink at 6:18pm and had a flight taking off at 6:59. Should have been more than enough time. I ordered a royal breakfast tea latte and a blueberry muffin. I received my muffin promptly, but customer after customer (many of them people that ordered AFTER me) were receiving their drinks and I still had not. Finally at 6:31 I politely asked if my drink was coming up soon. I explained that if it wasn’t ready now or at least almost finished, I’d have to leave as the doors would be closing for my flight. I was met with the absolute WORST response and attitude. They lost the ticket for my drink, made we wait almost 15 minutes and then had the audacity to practically yell at ME! The worst customer I’ve ever received in my life.

Took long to make 2 drinks and there was a good amount of employees. Got order wrong first time then when said they got it wrong the employee looked at me and ignored me. Drink was disgusting we had to throw it away all of it was only carmel. Don't recommend.

The drink and the sandwich I ordered were made well, it’s the service that’s lacking at this location. Employees were not pleasant and made mistakes when calling out names for orders which led to someone else taking my items. When I tried to explain what I believed had happened, I got rude looks and no apology.

At Regan airport waiting for flight noted the line was steady entire time. Ordered Strawberry Lemonade Acai Ice tea. The 3 ladies were friendly and did good job getting drinks out.

Very disorganized. I noticed the person handling the food got every other order wrong I'm pretty sure my name isn't Alexa contrary to what the associate thought after telling her that twice and she said just go and take it. Lol even worse my sandwich was cold.. Didn't even have time to make the correction. Avoid if you can.

Tasted like the coffee was from last night. Absolutely horrible.
BTW I worked for Starbucks for 10 years. This should cost someone (s) their jobs.

This stand needs to either be larger or have more employees OR have more competent employees. They take WAY too long. I order just a black hot coffee and Everytime I wait about 10 minutes to get it. It would be faster if I could just go behind the counter and grab a cup and pour it myself. Also they've forgotten about my drink way too many times.
