Delivery person left order at door when it was directly stated in the order notes to leave with the front desk.
The order was not only left at the door but the recipient was not notified it was out there, and only found out later on that day when leaving the house.
I called and they sent out another order the next day, and did the exact same thing. I contacted the store numerous times, no call back. I tried contacted customer service, but was on the phone for nearly 40 minutes before I decided to hang up.
I will post the disappointing order below.
Will not recommend to anyone.

These people are the rudest most Inconsiderate people I’ve ever dealt with. I called and this girl told me she was going to review my order to give her a second... After being on hold for two hours she came back on the line and just hang up. It’s really sad to see how they treat their paying customers. Safe to say I’ll never purchase anything from here ever again !

I ordered from this particular location because it had the best reviews in the area. I needed to order a basket for a loved one to cheer them up and show my support and love. I called right when they opened and proceeded to place the order. Just before the checkout process, the lady asked for the delivery address. After receiving it, she stated that she'll have to tranfer the to a location closer to the delivery address.I told her, "maam I called here because of the good reviews and the other place did nit have good reviews and I need a good product to be delivered" and explained the need for it. Long story short, they provided an amazing array of very fresh and very tasty product and dleivered it over ten miles ! Kudos to this store! I will make it a point when ordering for pick up, to use this location exclusively.

I ordered 7:30 am small arrangement for a birthday gift. Call 6 pm and the Manager "Tom" when I asked him what happened with the order his strong rudeness threw when I said it is not acceptable. And he closed the phone to me. Call the complaint department, opened the case and they called but did not answer the phone. I call from different phone and Tom answer I recognized the voice but he passed as another employee a asked nicely to cancel the order that I would call my credit card to confirm his respond was good. That person should not work in public places because as we have educated people there are others who look like him and end in tragedy. Please review his resume for the sake of the owners and the business.

Took them there weeks to deliver an arrangement my mom sent. I wasn't home for the first attempt, but they left no note and did not call. The only reason I know there was an attempt because my mom asked if I'd received it. So I called and scheduled a second delivery. They never showed up. They refused to refund my mom, so after visiting the store to try to pick up an arrangement, we arranged a this delivery time. The third time I waited at home all day, and the delivery didn't arrive until after 8pm. Never again. That is way too much effort for an extremely overpriced bucket of mostly melon with a few strawberries.

Best Experience! I was very happy with my Dad arrangements! The Fruit was very fresh looked amazing! This is my second time I've ordered something but my first time in this location! Very friendly staff and I appreciate the accommodation for a last minute arrangement by the who I imagine is the store manager (Chocolate covered Strawberries) for my boyfriend dad (He loved it) I will be going back for other arrangements for my family!

If I could give this unprofessional place a -0 star rating I would. I called last weekend and placed an order for same day delivery. I ordered a 30 count pineapple truffle mix arrangement. A couple of hours pass & a guy delivers my food. Unbeknownst to me the heart shaped box was the wrong arrangement. I called to tell the manager TOM that my order that was delivered was wrong , he tells me what I want to hear that he will send out another and he would call me Monday to set up a day this week. Monday came no call , and so did Tuesday, Wednesday & now its Thursday and still no word from Mr. Tom. I've given him days to call me so when I call corporate tomorrow I can tell them . Long story short NEVER ORDER FROM HERE , these people couldn't even get a simple order right , and they have yet to resend my arrangement or give me my money.

Spoke with the most polite young man who helped me pick out a surprise for my mother. He took his time with me to explain the different arrangements available and really was attentive to my needs.I was pleasantly surprised to meet him in person when my mother received her delivery. Well done, Jeff. You made my day. Best customer service I have encountered in quite some time.
