Very unprofessional. Right as I got to the counter someone yelled no more tofu for the night. It was about 823 and they closed at 9. I walked away and had to walk past the place again to go back to another restaurant. I would have ordered but after walking by again one of the workers said something along the lines of, "you eat whatever we have (because it was 830). This was not said to me but said to a coworker as I walked by to get food somewhere else. I didn't make a fuss about the tofu and when it was confirmed I just walked away as I understood but I didn't appreciate the unnecessary remarks.

This place rocks don't be discouraged by the bad reviews Ronnick took my order and helped me with understanding each food item. Jacob cooked my food and Denis put my order together and it was delicious. Love this place everytime I fly out I always order a lot for my big family and they're always satisfied!

A literal slug could've moved faster and been more accurate. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my food, and half of that was the cashiers screwing around.

Horrible customer service! Go elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional and touch their hair then goes in the kitchen to cook. Ronnick was literally pouring sauce from a Pepsi cup into the containers they pass out the sauce in for the pop stickers. Don’t waste your time here. The staff is incompetent and none have good customer service. I should have read the other reviews before stopping here.

DCA airport Big Bowl staff was helpful and amazing. My credit card chip acted up and Jamal was there to save the day going above and beyond!! Food was good recommended Kung pao for spice!

Just average food. Rice fills 2/3rd of the bowl. And, this lady charges me $2 for quinoa while I had asked for a brown rice. When I get my kungpao chicken bowl, I asked her why dont I have the quinoa if I am charged for it. She says its same thing. The system adds quinoa while you say brown rice. So does that mean the chicken cost me $13. Total lie and she would keep on stressing that white rice cost me extra $2 dollars. Management needs to take a look at these kind of things. The woman that I am talking about can be seen on the bottom right corner of the picture I have posted along with this review.

This place is just so so and is edible. Price is high and amount is small. I ordered King pao chicken, which is ok. Costs a lot more than say Panda Express. Overall, there is very limited choice of dining at DCA airport.

I'd recommend trying the other food options before you go here. Like the other poster said, the food is edible. I got the sesame chicken thinking "there's no way anybody can screw up sesame chicken." I stand corrected. It's clear that my food was cooked hours ago and left to dry out under a heat lamp but even if it was fresh, I think it'd be 3 stars at best. Paid $15 for this and a small drink. I should've bought 15 bags of chips from a vending machine instead.
