Customer service is cool & food is good, only issue I've with them is the card machine it doesn't work proper when u are tryna 2 use your credit or debit cards. Also the store is hella clean though

if you planing to use coupon at this location, avoid this location and go to diff location. they will not honor coupon on any special sub, which every other location honor it. I was very close to leave without sandwich, but that would be jackass move. i would not come to this location ever again.

Unreliable. They will not follow your online instructions when preparing your sandwich and 4 times out of 5 there's some sort of issue... regardless of how many notes you give them or precautions you try to take. Recommend you consider other options.

Three times, I've ordered by App and, when I arrive, it's not ready. They admit the order is in the system, they admit the sandwich should've been ready, but then they make other people's sandwiches and don't even apologize for the wait! Amazingly bad customer service. I talked to the owner Suresh Amin but he and his staff just don't have their act together.

Manger/owner is so rude here. I took water cup and then that manger kept on looking at me as if i am going to take that whole water fountain. And he comes to and he says thats not water and it was clear as heck and it was water. I have no problem with food but mangers/owner attitude have to change he thinks he is th greatest but he isn't. Change ur thinking dude.

Without a doubt the best subway I've ever been to. The staff really make the difference. Very fast, very curtious and the place is absolutely clean.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I submitted an order via the app and was told I can't get it. Someone didn't know how to check the system and wanted me to pay again for another order!!!! No supervisor around, can only get my order or food when the system says it's time to make it???!!!!

I ate here a lot when I worked in the area, the staff are great and really friendly. Really reccomend if you want a good lunch around Ballston.
