When I went in subway the two young men were slightly busy. They were very professional, kind and work really fast!!! It’s not common now days so I was really impressed. The food was fresh and the place was clean. I will be back to this location.

My husband and also my son always complained about the sublett location by Albertsons. They said they always get his sandwich wrong. I thought he was exaggerating so I joined the subway club and ordered. Since I was ordering for later in day to eat them I said please put veggies in a seperate container. They instead put random veggies ON each sandwich. I noticed all these bad reviews are in last 2 years so bad training. Also mgr said if he would of done that he would of had to charge me for a salad. Why? just charge for container. You can't just pick out customers veggies for them crazy people. Asked for store owner number, bunch of other excuses. Will see if they call.

This place is the worst. They advertise new sandwiches and you order online or the app then pay. When you pickup the sandwich they don’t even bother to tell you they don’t have the ingredients. They bait & switch. Then when you call them out they act like it’s my fault and refuse to make it right for the customer. They just don’t care.

Love this location for staying open an extra hour compared to other nearby subways. Plus the staff is always fast and friendly

We ordered pickup through the app. The order was wrong. There was nothing left off the sandwich but stuff was put on both that was only supposed to be on one. This is the 3rd time we’ve been to this one and the 3rd time that our order was incorrect. The last time we came the bread tasted old and not fresh at all. We’re done with this location even though it is the most conveniently located for us.

Went there to get a sandwich on 6/7. Noticed the employee (male) had a nice fashionable headband on but wasn't wearing a face mask like the other employee making sandwiches was. This person stands OVER the food and talks to customers while building the sandwich he will serve. Do you think no moisture comes out of your mouth when you talk? You can contaminate the food with micro particles of your saliva. Maybe you're healthy and it won't happen but the customers need to feel safe coming to your restaurant. I nor anyone I know will not be back at a restaurant that doesn't practice safe practices.

My mother in law went in tonight 6/17. They were out of tuna and roast beef, the service was slow and the employees were rude/apathetic. She asked for the $5 foot long special and was told that wasn’t a thing. They told her it was a 6in for $5 she ended up buying 4 6in and some cookies for $23.05. She was ripped off. The television commercial specified there was $5 foot long promotional if 2 foot longs were bought which is what she wanted. She was so frustrated by the experience she forgot her receipt. We have been coming to this location for a long time and almost every time the employees seem to act like having customers is a nuisance. They appear to be physically irritated that they have to get up and work. We will likely not return to this location.

if I could give -5 stars I would. My order was wrong. I called back and they said oh sorry I forgot to tell you we didn't have the ingredients for your sandwiches. So they just gave me what they wanted to because I ordered on the app. The employee refused to give me his name. Refused to give me the managers name and hung up on me. I will NEVER do business there again.
