Review Sonic Drive-in - Arlington

I just had the best carhop ever! He had the best customer service and he was so nice! Very efficient! I ordered a side of cherries and as soon as he gave me the order he said "i forgot hour cherries I'll run and get them real quick" that really showed me how much he cares about his customers! His name was Gavin! He was amazing! Will be coming back!

I just wanted to say that Paul is AMAZING at this Sonic location. No matter when I come to this sonic or how many drinks I order for my coworkers and I, he ALWAYS has such an incredible attitude and customer service. I hope he gets a raise and gets the recognition he deserves because he is just an amazing person. 10/10 recommend going to this Sonic and having Paul as your server, because wow!

Service was great with Gavin.Ordered the grilled wrap which were very good. My hamburger made with Texas Toast was cold and bread was not toasted. Never had this exp erience at this Sonic. I still will be back because of the great customer service. Just wanted to identify food service prior to closing.

Firstly, the carhops here are absolutely wonderful. Especially Paul and Gavin, they are exceptionally friendly and the service is great. However, today and last Saturday both, I ordered the "bacon cheeseburger toaster" and both times the sandwiches came out with mayo. The menu board does not list mayo. The item in the app menu does not list mayo. Let's be honest, mayo and BBQ sauce doesn't even make any sense together. The first time I went home without checking and just dealt with it, but today I at least checked before leaving and they were kind enough to remake the toaster for me, but I just don't understand why this is an error that would be made multiple times.

Love me some happy hour. Don't eat here much at all. An order of onion rings every now and again. We get drinks and desserts. Always a sweet treat.

Paul's presentation is very unique, it's wonderful to be greeted with a smile. Always deserves a tip with that! What a wonderful server! Food here has always been great 👍😊

Ordered the popcorn chicken combo, and when I tried to order a shake as the drink, the employee lied and said the icecream machine was broken. After I placed the order I had to wait about 40-50 minutes and to ask them about it like 2-3 times for them to get it done. They ended up making my order at 7:12 pm (40-50 minutes after I had placed the order) as it said on the receipt, but when I was handed my order, I was given the wrong order instead of my meal. Had to hand back the order and wait another 15 minutes to get my meal. The chicken ended up tasting funny and I didn't even finish it all and some of the fries were not cooked properly. Had to order the shake separately and luckily did not have to wait an hour to receive it. Also, as the employee had falsely stated the ice cream machine was broken, I had ordered a Coke instead, and it also ended up tasting extremely watered down then that of a regular fountain drink. The reason I was there was due to an athletic event and I would never be there by my own free will. One of my friends ended up ordering chili cheese fries and he never received them so good job. Additionally there is a major problem with the stalls next to the benches outside. They seemed to be glitched, meaning that the stall would display the text " Red button activated. We'll be with you shortly", even though no one had ordered. With a semi-big athletic team, this made ordering a hassle as a few of us thought that one of us had placed an order, delaying all of us eating together. After a long and exhausting day at a tournament, I wanted nothing more than a good meal from Sonic with my shake. Handling orders proved to be a challenge for this location making the experience irritable. In all honesty, I would have preferred to not have eaten at all than to have eaten that food. The moral of the story? If you ever find yourself in that location, DONT EAT THERE. Just go to the Burger King next to it, or even the QuikTrip located to the left. Glad this location is not where I live, as if it was I would move.

I was looking for Smoothie.. but the only Matching thing to it was slushy… it cost me $3.24 that’s go in trash… it was Disgusting super poor equality most we could taste was the sugar… we only tasted twice then we threw it in trash… never going back

Love it. Best blts in town. Twice the bacon the other sonics in grand prairie give. Worth the drive across town. Even if they brought me fries when I ordered tots yesterday. Even argued the fact after she read it back to when ordering, then refused to trade them out.

I'm already having a terrible week and I had a voucher for a free cheeseburger so I went to redeem it as I was ordering I let the girl know I had the coupon and ordered other stuff as well, well the girl taking my order came out and took the voucher from me then a minute later the manager with a thick accent comes out yelling at me asking where I got this voucher I told him from a girl that works at a sonic he presumed to yell at me again saying that the vouchers were not for the general public at this time I was wiling to pay the measly $3 plus the other stuff but this assailed had no right to yell at me like that especially in front of others he did redeem the damn voucher but he was so unprofessional I will not come to this ragedy ass sonic no more!

I loved it... I didn't order too much of anything ...and the car hop was very nice...
