Ordered 2 subs and a drink for delivery at 11:08am. Was noted it was out for delivery at 11:58am. We live 5 minutes from the store, after 45 minutes past from the time it was out for delivery, we called the store and they claimed the driver was out with a lot of orders and said he would be there soo

This Jimmy John's always has my back -- they're good people and they make great subs. I've been ordering gargantuans since high school across the nation and can say this location has been solid in my experience when it comes to the quality of the food and the service for pick up.

This is a nice Jimmy John’s location. I’ve had many sandwiches, chips, and cookies over the years. Everything has always been great!

I’m only writing this review because today was my first time ever receiving horrible service at this Jimmy John’s first off let’s just say the ladies bathroom is always disgusting and the toilet is not operational. Secondly I’m not sure if the staff had an attitude or what the problem was today but

I live under 2 miles from this location and they consistently take over an hour to deliver to me. Why does it take this long? What happened to freaky fast??

Slow for a JJ. Ordered online and food was not even started when I arrived 15 minutes later. Would have been better to just order in the store. three employees just doing prep work while seemingly moving without a purpose. Witnessed 4 more orders come in and no one stopped to look or start.
