The lady at the cash counter was so rude . Despite showing the QR reward code she refused and asked for payment. Though she scanned the QR code and it went through she denied and asked for payment. Horrible customer experience.

Love ice cream! Many different rich flavors let's make delicious combinations. You also have different types of cones with chocolate and nuts to go with it. However, you need to double-check as Sometimes some refrigerators aren't working well and ice cream might be melted. Don't pick those flavors in those refrigerators.

Waited 45 minutes in a line of 10 people and didn't move an inch. Someone I knew asked for a chocolate milkshake and got a cup of vanilla ice cream. In general, just horrible service. I'm sure the ice cream is good though.

Now this is one place you can not miss if you are an ice cream lover. Their huge ice cream serving sizes provide great value for money and they all taste just amazing. The chocolate flavors are my favorites though!

Haagen Dazs is by far the best ice cream I've ever had, and i'm always trying new brands. I've brought many friends here and they've loved it as well. I'm big on chocolate so i get the belgian chocolate shake and it's delicious every single time! Some ice cream shops are inconsistent especially when it comes to shakes, but certainly not this one.

The customer service is terrible. This one worker was extremely rude and she gave us a horrible experience at the store. I love the ice cream but I would not go there anymore if they do not improve their employees' manners and work ethic. Haagen Dazs just lost one customer thanks to this experience.
