The lady at the cash counter was so rude . Despite showing the QR reward code she refused and asked for payment. Though she scanned the QR code and it went through she denied and asked for payment. Horrible customer experience.

Waited 45 minutes in a line of 10 people and didn't move an inch. Someone I knew asked for a chocolate milkshake and got a cup of vanilla ice cream. In general, just horrible service. I'm sure the ice cream is good though.
Now this is one place you can not miss if you are an ice cream lover. Their huge ice cream serving sizes provide great value for money and they all taste just amazing. The chocolate flavors are my favorites though!

The customer service is terrible. This one worker was extremely rude and she gave us a horrible experience at the store. I love the ice cream but I would not go there anymore if they do not improve their employees' manners and work ethic. Haagen Dazs just lost one customer thanks to this experience.
