The $8 chicken salad sandwich I ordered has about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in each half. It’s basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Not much value here. The chicken that’s on it tastes fine. The bread crust is chewy.

First time at this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful; I think the manager even walked around at one point asking people if there was anything she could get them. Anupama was the cashier that took my order and she was exceedingly welcoming and friendly. Tables and chairs everywhere.
For these chain restaurants, what matters the most is staff quality. Food is all standardized. So, quality does not vary widely across locations. I rather appreciate the customer service and care this location provides. Occasionally come here for a quick lunch. One of the better lunch options around
