Bad choice. I'm an Arby's fan but was so bad. Late lunch 1:40 pm, but the sandwich was OLD like left over lunch old and don't get me started on the OLD curly fries. I will not be back. With all that is going on in the world take some pride and make FRESH food. Not edible.

It took a half an hour to get through the drive through being only 4th in line. Also the food was skimpy as the picture shows. There should have been more chicken than 3.5 pickle-size slices.

Waited in line 48 min and paid $40 for 4 meals and this is what I got for it. I was meaning to give up fast food but this sealed the deal. Never going back to Arby's.

This Arby's, since opening has been completely substandard. Long wait times, customers having to initiate contact after waiting in the drive thru line with no response, incorrect orders on all three of my visits, and finally being served chicken that was less than 50% cooked after an additional wait. The customer areas are clean inside however the floors and equipment remain in less than sanitary condition. I observed, like a previous reviewer, a dirty meat slicer as well as food on the floor. It's a shame that a brand I absolutely love is being so poorly represented in South Arlington.

So good! I had come here a few months ago and had a horrible experience. But it seems to be a completely new staff, and the food and customer service is WAY better than before! The roast beef and fries were fresh, and my turnover was warm and delicious! 😋Would definitely recommend this location!

Do not go here!! They are randomly closed at any given time. Today, at 630pm, I sat at the drive thru to order for 10 minutes before leaving. Nobody answered. Three other cars that had been waiting left too. I drove around to the front of the restaurant and all the employees were sitting in the dining area laughing and eating together. The guy with the headset on to take drive thru orders looked at me and smiled from inside. This place has to be shut down.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience at this Arby's. I have included images of what I ordered versus what I received. In summary, I received regular bread when it was supposed to be a pita, there were no vegetables at all, the cheese was incorrect, and there was barely any meat. I literally ate two pieces of bread with a few pieces of meat, a few pieces of bacon, some BBQ sauce, and a bunch of mayo. I also ordered the cheese sauce on the side to dip my curly fries in which I did not receive.
This location is not new enough anymore to still be having these issues. I love their curly fries but I will not be going back.

I wish I could give this Arby's a negative rating. I have had bad experiences at this Arby's before but it is so close to my house that I just decided to role the dice today. I get in the line and wait 5 minutes at the speaker with no greeting. I say hello and get nothing. I say hello again and hear, "yes" in a tone that only someone that hates their job can give.
I asked if they were ready to take my order. I hear, "yes" in the same disinterested tone. That's it for me. I tell the, "you better be glad I showed up for work", teen that I'm good, I'll go somewhere else. The sad part is that they probably just thought that was one less customer they have to deal with today.
My recommendation is that the manager spends a couple of hours at Chic-fil-a, takes some notes, and trains their team. The line is empty at lunch time for a reason.
