I love Arby's but this is disgusting! Both sandwiches look like this. 3 huge pieces of roast beef as thick as lunch meat. Why you would send something out like that? I couldn't post the pictures on door dash or I would have on there too. Unacceptable!!

Very clean location and great customer service. The employees are extremely friendly. The food presentation is excellent. Normally I always enjoy whatever I order. However, don't get the chicken salad sandwich. Looks beautiful and delicious.... but looks can be deceiving, it had absolutely NO TASTE WHATSOEVER! Try anything else on the menu and you'll be like.

I just left this Arby's I waited in line for a while and the food was cold fries and sandwich I couldn't eat it I just trashed it. I write this review so they will know they need to do better. I only went because I forgot chick filet was closed today I should have just went back home.

The best Arby's we've found. Staff is efficient and professional.
For example, today at the drive- through, Sam took our order and handled it professionally and politely, and had excellent elocution. Thanks, Sam!
Food is hot (usually: at least never cold) and tasty.
We frequently get coupons, which can save some decent money in these high-inflation days.
It's nice to pick up lunch here, take it to Lake Arlington, and have a picnic in the car. (I can't walk much due to my disability.)

Food and service were good. I do have a question though. Why is Arby's charging an additional local tax on top of the 8.25% tax rate? I calculated the tax rate Arby's is charging as 9% when the two are combined.

Went thru the drive thru, purchased 1 large beef & cheddar, 1 medium beef & cheddar, large fry and 2 1.00 lemonades. Had told the guy when I got to the window that last time I came thru they had gotten my order wrong. I didn't realize it until I had gotten home. He could of cared less to what I had to say. He tried to give me large lemonades with my current order and I told him I wanted the 1.00 lemonades that were advertised. He then picked the 2 large lemonades up and poured them out right in front of me and gave me small lemonades which is not what's advertised. I said something about it, his response was I have to ring it up as a small so that's what you get. #1 he could of given to me considering they messed my last order up. #2 go ahead and waste product driving cost up and #3 he needs to lose the attitude. I wasn't ugly about any of it. They need someone else working that window. My price went fron 24 to 21 getting the 1.00 lemonades.

Went through the drive thru. No line to wait. Person taking the order was VERY soft spoke and not clear but took the order just fine. Drive up to the window, payed, and got our food. I specifically asked for buffalo sauce. Didn’t see it in the bag before driving off and asked. The guy at the window said it’s in there. So we pulled forward to let the car behind us get to the window. There was no buffalo sauce in the bag, but horse radish. When we got home we also found out the 9pc nuggets only had 7 nuggets and the REGULAR fries were curly not regular and were cold. Needless to say, NOT HAPPY with this location. I’ll drive across town to the other location, IF I choose to go again.
