Sales people were not courteous at all. Someone needs to re-train these kids. They over charged me for my pretzel and got the order wrong twice. It's not that hard to listen and repeat an order. I sure the server was high. Kinda sad to be honest...

Got two cups of pretzels. Half way through I found one half bitten and brought it back. At that point I just wanted a refund. The woman running the counter accused me of lying, then put down another cup. I didn't want another cup of pretzels that could've been contaminated, especially with covid. I just wanted a refund. She refused to talk to me further, and then shoed me off. All over a 6$ snack...

I ordered thru the app twice on two different days. The girl who works there named Trinity told me someone stole my order? How does that happen twice and after I called she kept the phone off the hook for 5 hours. She is rude she lies, she is lazy and doesn’t want to do online orders so will just tell you some lie. I decided to go in and see what was going on and she was arguing with another customer about what time the customers order was to be completed. Whoever is over this location needs to do some serious re organization cuz I drive to Grand Prairie cuz Trinity is not worth my time. She’s not only a unhappy person but a very unhappy employee- she needs a job she actually can do!

I stood in line for 30 minutes today and left with no pretzels. The employees attitude was poor and claimed they were out of dough and couldn't make any more pretzels. I I clearly saw the dough that was risen and ready to bake. I am extremely disappointed.

Closed at 5:30pm. 1.5hr earlier than posted time which is 7PM. I told the worker present as well. She was unbothered and continued closing down. Both locations inside Parks Mall Arlington.

The mini hotdogs and cinnamon have been coming out so burnt and dry for the past one month now and when I complained, the girl preparing it kept on saying it's not burnt and I can see it is burnt and today, my kids and I went to the same one in the parks mall and it was burnt and dry again as usual. Even some of the mini hotdogs didn't have hotdogs in them.

This is the second time I come and they are closed before closing time. Why would google show that your are closing at 7pm and when I’m here at 6pm (last time was 5:30ish) you’re closed? Please update.
