This location is tasty. I came here a couple times and never had a problem till today. I got chow mein and orange chicken. I didn't ask for veggies but got them anyway. I'm not complaining since I love my veggies! I'll keep coming back! Thank you! The tea is exceptionally good!

The rice is extremely hard, no sauce on the teriyaki chicken at all, and noodles tasted like they're from February. First time trying panda since they pulled the sweet fire and I won't be back anytime soon.

Food is usually tasty but don't come here if you want Mushroom Chicken in your order. The last 5 times I have been here, they say it's going to be a 5 minute wait for mushroom chicken, and they ask me to park out front. I have waited 20-30 minutes every time LOL.

Very disappointed in how staff made me feel as a customer. Ordered dinner ($30) through the drive through. The first girl was very nice and asked me to pull around front and park and they would bring it to me. Did that and I thought the bag looked shy of what was ordered and so I checked it before I left. Well, there were things left out so we went in the storefront bag in hand and requested my items. At first she started to bag it up but when I told her there was another item missing she stopped and said she needed my receipt as if I wanted to come back in the store lady. Went back to my car to get my receipt of the food that was just brought to me and decided her attitude was worthy of me getting my money back which at first she said she would only be able to give me gift cards until I asked her to call her general manager and she still said it could take over a week. This seems so trivial and I normally don’t write reviews but the service today was disappointing.

On this particular visit they barely had enough of one of my selections to scrape up a bowl full. The other selection that I wanted had not even been cooked yet and it would have been 10 minutes before being ready.

Extremely dissatisfied tonight with Panda Express tonight. We were picking up dinner on our way home after over 8 hours on the road. I was wanting to get 3 orders of Teriyaki chicken to go, but was informed at the drive-thru that the person in front of me took all that they had and that it would be 52 minutes before they had any more. I understand how they can run out as we often have to wait while they make more.....but, normally, I'm told it will be 10-15 minutes. I asked the attendant for clarification and he repeated, "Yes sir, 52 minutes, that's 5-2 minutes." Unfortunately, my girls have dairy allergies and that is the only other entry they like. So we went on down the road.

Asked for extra sauce was told ok got NONE! Chicken was dry with little sauce and I was given a egg roll instead of my cream cheese rangoons, the lady in the drive thur will lie straight to your face about putting your sauce in the bag and ive never had a worse experience here then today.

If I could rate 0 stars i absolutely would. The dining room is always closed during dinner time and they always run out of food so early into the evening. Who ever runs this location should be embarrassed.
