I remember this location was a pleasure to come to. But ever since the staff has become younger. Management doesn’t care how this place is presented to the public. Restrooms are always trashed. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I’m very disappointed as a long standing customer. Think I might spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Accidentally ordered from this location and wish I hadn’t. I have to agree with most of the other reviews. I ordered a chicken salad with veggies & guac. Did not receive neither veggies or guac, even tho I paid extra. No utensils or napkins given with my order... Then they added steak to my bowl??? I don't eat steak 💀 How am I supposed to have a salad with no greens?? Then they don't even tell you they're out of items you ordered, just give you the order knowing you paid extra for the items. Plus I thought we're paying $11+ for a full bowl, not half or three-quarters. What a joke. Won't be returning.

This isn't the first time I've ordered Togo and it looks a mess. This was $12 and u had double chicken for my fiance. Would you pay $12 for this? I'm really tired of this location and they need to do better. Scamming people on their food.
I called back and the manager was very sweet and gave me a refund. She did a great job.

First time I've ever been to Chipotle. Probably won't be my last. The food was tasty. Was not as advertised on the television. I had a bowl, (brown rice, black beans, salsa, chicken, guacamole, lettuce) I would like black olives but not available. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very busy!!! Need help as many businesses are going through this same problem. Tables and floor needed cleaning. I was sorry for the workers, it is so serious when you try your best to serve the public but NEW employees are not always available. Give this establishment a chance. I'm very happy with the food. The service at this location is very inconsistent. My pre-ordered, to-go and delivery bowls are often not prepared as requested and items paid for, such as salsa, are left out of the bag. I've also seen that the employees left a tub of chips sitting on a table in the front, uncovered and unsupervised at the start of lunch hour during the week. Do better South Arlington Chipotle!

This chipotle was probably the worst one I have ever been too. Trash are everywhere! Outside the building, inside, and they just sweep everything to the ground. As I went to go order, I had to repeat my order 3x. The lady in front of me also had to do the same thing. They are also very slow at making the food. There was also lacking utensils and napkins. This place was a disappointment.

I ordered 2 chicken bowls for pickup. I was on the lot so the pickup time was within 10 minutes. Went in and was told they were out of chicken AND that I needed to call a number to get my refund. Bad customer experience. Not a good business process. Staff was rude and indifferent.

Food's always good but employees just so ridiculous. The line was not long, I've been waiting for 25' minutes just bc they are talking and dont focus on their job. Also, the girl standing at first place working so hard. The 3 employees at the register just kidding and talking together. I put my card in and wait for taking my food. She just ignored me then talking and laughing st. This made me so mad.
