Good atmosphere and food! For how long the food takes, Id make reservations ahead. Had rose petal service added for anniversary date and both of us was “sugared out” for about $120-130 including tips. Would try again soon! (4 stars due to minor service issues😅)

A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. The food is so good and there are plenty of choices. The drinks are pretty and they don’t skimp on the liquor. It’s a really fun experience for a date or family outing. They do really cute little extras for anniversaries and birthdays (rose petals/balloons and chocolate melts). One of my favorite restaurants.

We had an amazing time at The Melting Pot. This place does require a little patience as it does take time to set up everything for you to make all the food. Dakota helped us and was extremely amazing. It was busy, and he still found the time to give us the perfect recommendation. It was busy, but like I said, Dakota was amazing and he made our experience wonderful.

Went here last night for my birthday and it was wonderful. They put put roses for me and the sever was very sweet and patient as we had never been here before. It's a 4 course restaurant so make sure you go hungry because it's a lot of food. You start with a cheese, then salad, then meat selection and then chocolate selection. They have several option to choice from that would fit anyone's taste. I recommend 👌

Absolutely amazing dining experience! Perfect for a date night or just a unique and special meal. The 4-course meal experience is more than worth the price. The total amount of food was a little more than I needed to feel full, even having not eaten that day, so be sure to arrive hungry. Also, a phone or watch to help time the cooking is a huge help.

Nothing special. Food wasn't good. Service wasn't good. Never got refills. I guess the best part of the experience was the rose petals on the table. Our server went missing throughout the whole experience. Food was bland we would never go back. Also never did anything for the birthday we were celebrating. Don't waste your money. 130.00 later not worth it.

My daughter and I visited last night for a "girls night out". She's only 5 so we only wanted cheese and chocolate courses. I explained to the server that we only needed the "1 person portion" because my daughter really wouldn't eat that much. Our server was very sweet and did a great job to help us have a fun evening, but I was very disappointed to see that we were charged double because there were two of us. Even though the food was delicious and the experience was fun, this will definitely NOT be something we do more than maybe once a year. You should also explain that you are going to charge full price for a child. (And if that is the case, I would expect way more food to accommodate for the price. There was definitely not enough food had there been another adult with me.)
All in all, the food was good, but the price was not worth the amount which is very disappointing because we would have liked to have gone back.

The Melting Pot is my favorite restaurant. I took my little cousin yesterday for the first time. He throughly enjoyed it! He said he liked the intimacy and coziness of the place. We had fun! Robert, our server, was very nice and hospitable. Food was top knotch! Of course, the green goddess was the best thing that happened to me....and the duck breast!!! Meats were tender! We left stuffed! And happy!

My first time here. I had been to other fondue place in town and gave this place a try for Mother's Day. I must say, you really can't compare the two. They truly are different experiences. I LOVE the choices here. Drink menu was fantastic. Service was really good, decor was really nice and the best part? I didn't come home smelling like I had been to a fondue place. Huge plus. I did have a bit of a wait before we were sat and once we got to our table, looking at all the other empty tables around us, I can't even blame that wait on Mother's Day traffic, so I'm not sure what that was about, but I WILL be back regardless. Kudos to you!

If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion and love a screaming baby in the background, this is place! The manager refuses to ensure a proper dining environment for all as offending a customer who refuses to take their baby outside would just be much.

It was my first time here and it was pretty good and entertaining. The waitress did a good job explaining the menu. However, the good experience was ruined when me and my boyfriend received an automatic gratuity charge when we used Groupon. We understood gratuity would not be included, but did not realize we would be charged automatically for a tip...and from the base price at that before the coupon was taken off. So be wary and ask questions before you go.

Had a wonderful Birthday experience here. I absolutely loved our server. It was so much fun. We had a party of 7 ladies. And it was all our first time there. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back with my son next time.

LOVE this place. Went on a date and sat in a very private, intimate, "cubby" type of booth. Food was great! Best of all- the staff. Hands down excellent customer service. All staff members attended/talked to us. I got recommendations from servers other than my own. Felt very special! Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be recommending this great find to my friends and family! Will be back soon!

Our waiter was condescending, mansplaning, patronizing while explaining. Rather than having nice conversation and fun experience with the girls, that waiter made it not that much fun and confusing. I love the product and have been to other melting pots, but your waiters need to be trained to get out of the way and let your customers dine and enjoy. Please.

My friend and I went for the wine glass painting, but while there enjoyed cheese and chocolate fondue along with some drinks. The marshmallows and brownies for dipping were out of this world delicious. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. I’ll definitely be back for another event or just dinner.
