This has to be the WORST SB I ever visited. Staff in here is more busy speaking amongst themselves than helping customers. I just ordered a sausage egg cheese sandwich and waiting 10minutes even though there was line. Turns out the rude cashier didn't tell me when my food was ready. My sandwich was
I come here EVERY morning before work. It’s location is so convenient in crystal city. And the staff is extremely friendly. They remember my name! And already know what I want to order. They have great customer service! When mine is long just do mobile order! It’s worth it!

Slow and rude… delivered half my order then I had to wait 15 minutes for the other half. Hot coffee delivered first, so it was cold by the time the cold coffees arrived… Poor management. Rude Staff.
