I was annoyed enough to complain to Chipotle directly:
I live nearby and my family comes here often. This location is always out of veggies. I don't know if they are understaffed or just lazy because I will ask one worker who will lie to my face that they are out for the entire day. When I ask another worker about it after I've already paid for my food, they will say I should have waited 5 more minutes. Either way, this is not a one time experience and I have been very understanding about the food shortage many times. Also, I have noticed that they are discriminatory about how they serve their food. They will pile on portions for customers who are loud and angry enough to stand up for what they're paying for but I am not that sort of person. They are serving some customers portions to the extent that their bowl lid wont close, while I get a thin layer of rice, a few cubes of meat, and a tablespoon of guacamole. I weigh 120 pounds and it does not take a lot to feed me, yet I am still at a loss for words that anyone can have the audacity to serve that and think it's worth $10. I feel terrible, but if I ask nicely, they will give me attitude like I am doing something wrong and I refuse to go to this location any longer. If ONE person can at least read this and laugh at the absurdity of running a business like this, it'll make up somewhat for the $$$ I have lost in the countless times I've shopped here and received enough food to feed the tiniest army of 5 year old babies.

I rarely leave a review. But I am so dissatisfied with their service here.
I love chipotle but this brunch is Horrible!! They charged me extra $3 for just asking my guacamole on the side. I am aware of the extra charge but why would I pay another $3 for a plastic container. And when I told the manager the another time she didn’t believe me. This is not the firs the first time I experienced bad customer service here and I won’t be coming here again.

Great and friendly staff...but...
I had a steak bowl. At least half the steak cubes were either fatty, grisly, or outgrew had the consistency of gum when chewing. I just ate the rest of the stuff and there the steak away. Disappointed.

My account was hacked and an order was placed at this location fraudulently. When I tried to call multiple times to alert them of this before the person could show up to get the order, I only got an automated answering service that never connected me to a human. I don’t live anywhere near Virginia, so I’ve never eaten here, but 1 star for bad customer service.

Quick and clean. Only problem is finding a good parking spot near this location. You could easily get your car towed if you are not careful.

Beware while parking in the lot of this Chipotle. You will get towed quick. This one star review is for whoever owns the damn parking lot and towing company, not the Chipotle itself.

I usually do not review common fast food spots, but this Chipotle disappointed me on all three occasions I went. For starters, every time I walk in, no one is behind for bar, ready for customer arrivals. I am not greeted, but I instead get a stare like, “why are you here” and not to mention their “portion control” is ridiculous. Due to their half of spoon of meat, I had to order double meat each time, at my expense. This place honestly needs a new staff or provides their current team with customer service training, pronto.

They are so rude!! Employees acting like the restaurant belongs to them. They act rude when you ask them for more of the little spoon on the 🥣. If you want to collect peoples money not giving them what they are paying for . Thats a a steal !!!!!!. They don’t deserve one star. Instead of them talking back they charge you xtra as a get back
