Review Boru Ramen - Arlington

Boru Ramen has amazing ramen! The Crab Meat Ramen 🍜 dish was my favorite. It was very flavorful and I even added extra eggs, bamboo shoots and Nori. They added a good amount of seaweed to the seaweed salad đŸ„— plus the Yakitori 🐙was really delicious. My boyfriend ended up getting a delicious Tan Tanmen ramen dish which was delicious with a spicy and flavorful broth. I appreciated the good service despite being the last two people who came in close to the kitchen closing. I’m definitely coming back!

Went for dinner and it isn’t that packed. Nice interior. Ramen was okay, wouldn’t say my favorite but the service is so nice. For someone who doesn’t like sweet, I feel their bamboo shoot is too sweet

Party of six (2 adults & 4 kids) dine-in and we had a good time. We arrived shortly after 4 pm and there were plenty of seats and staff on shift. We ordered five ramens, one curry, and an extra yakisoba noodle dish for the table. The food was good. The service was good. No complaints. We found free street parking a block away on Columbia Pike.

Parking in the back or side of the building. Prices reasonable. Not busy for a Thursday night and easily visible from the main street. Though it was a bit of a wait to get the check. Ordered 2 Tonkotsu and one Takoyaki. The order was mixed up but it was fine because my husband and I were able to add and switch some of the ingredients.

The broth here is the best, not too salty and not too sweet in my pov. I have come here a couple times and most of the dishes here never let me down. The only thing is there is not too many meat slices. But overall i would recommend this ramen place!

Had amazing vegetarian Ramen at Boru Ramen! For Vegetarians, recommend the Tofu-Edamame Ramen in Soy sauce broth. Stumbled upon them as were actually heading for Bangkok 54, their neighboring Thai place, but in the end decided to try them out, and so glad we did. Nice cozy place with good service, perfect ambience and was not overly busy on a Saturday evening. For fans of spicy food, be warned about the Fried Chili Oil that can be requested on the side to spice it up. It is Extremely Potent! We learned the hard way after pouring an extra dose of it, it literally set the dish on fire. A few drops is all it takes. Only thing that can be improved is probably some more vegetarian options in the appetizers, there is unfortunately nothing currently other than the basic Edamame.

Very quick and friendly service. Had a hot bowl of Hokkaido Miso in under 10 minutes. It was perfect for a cold rainy night after work.

We ordered the Karedon as the appetizer and ramen to our liking. The Karedon was really good but there were many parts of it throughout that were freezing cold so I’m not sure of the heating process there. Our ramen was good! WARNING: Yheir chili oil is the real deal and NOT to be messed with. Our waitress said “oh, you like spicy huh” and boyyyy she did not tell me that was a different level of spice. I physically could not drink the broth or they would’ve been calling 911 for ya girl. I know better next time to just add a pinch haha. I always ordered some mochi to cool me down but they personally are not a favorite of mine.
