Excellent food! The quality was amazing Their salads are sooo good. I would recommend the green goddess! I would eat here everyday if I could!

The staff was polite and the food was delicious! It did take them a while to prepare our food, but it was so tasty! We went on a weekend, and the chef's pasta special was to die for!

Visited the Cafe today for lunch and was once again wowed by the quality of service and food. Though the place is empty and times are tough due to the pandemic, my meal was fresh, carefully prepared, and lovingly delivered. The professionalism and hospitality of the staff, especially Driss, shines through.

Supervisor treated me to lunch here today! Nice! Enjoyed the food, quick and attentive service. Everyone was friendly, including the manager that made rounds to the guest tables inquiring about their service. A great place for a quick, hearty bite.

Burnt toast and soggy sandwich.
I order the turkey sandwich with a side salad. They notified me that they ran out of wheat bread and so my sandwich was served on sourdough bread. The sandwich bread was burnt on one side and was served soggy and oddly cold ( had me wondering how long my burnt toasted sandwich was sitting after being prepared). The salad was also drenched in dressing. The stars are for the sweet ladies working the counter and the waitress!

Stopped for a quick lunch that was very tasty!

Salmon overcooked. I ordered the Nicoise Salmon Salad at the Nordstrom Cafe; such a disappointment. The salmon was the smallest, oddly shaped, overcooked piece of salmon I have ever seen or taste. When I point it out to the waiter, he told me it is just seared on the bottom. What? I will not return to Nordstrom cafe at pentagon city. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location.

Consistently Good. We enjoy going to the Nordstrom Cafe whenever we find ourselves near one and dinner tonight was no exception. My husband began with soup, we both ordered pasta and chicken dishes followed by carrot cake (my husband) and chocolate cake (me). The gentleman that took our order and the server were both very friendly and helpful. The meals are consistently good. The pasta is well cooked, the veggies fresh, the meat tender and the cake very good.

Do Lunch Right. Leave the cafeteria mob gathered around the Panera in the crowded food court and come upstairs to Nordstrom Cafe. Dining here is like shopping at Nordstrom, it's quieter and calmer and all the food have a little touch of class. I stopped by for a cup of Artichoke Parmesan soup and Hummus/Pita plate. The pita was seasoned with so much care, I didn't even need the hummus.

Great quality food at excellent price. This is my favorite lunch spot in the Pentagon City/Crystal City area. It has tasty salads and pastas, fresh meats and seafood. Fav dishes are the tomato basil soup (which they sell jarred for prep at home too), the grilled shrimp salad, the chinese chicken salad. Used to love the steak salad but it's unfortunately disappeared off the menu. Everything is prepared to order. The kitchen works fast as does the wait staff. I ordered a dessert for the first time today - the Chocolate Chunk Cupcake with Cheesecake Frosting - and it is TO DIE FOR good. This restaurant is a better value than anything in the food court. Highly recommend!

My little secret. I am almost hesitant to review Nordy’s Café – I feel like this place is my guilty little secret. I love Nordy’s Café! The food is made with fresh quality ingredients and the prices do not reflect the quality. The prices are in line with your average sandwich/salad shop, but Nordy’s over delivers. I am using the same review for Tysons and Pentagon City as I have had excellent dining experiences as both.

I have only been to the one in Tysons, but it is great. You can eat there or get food to go. A much better option than the food court and faster than a restaurant!
