Dunkin'

This people here are disrespectful, don't care about customer. "We can't do that" is part of their every day customer care... Bad bad. Asked for my hot drink to have milk in it to lower temperature and sweet taste and immediately their favorites words come out, "We can't do that" asked again for a different hot drink with same milk request, not possible, definitely bad. Told me only coffee is possible. Well I when to a better location at Rolling Meadows and guess what they asked me how I wanted my Dunkin'Chino 😊👍and I was happy all again. Customer service is important! This people at Arlington location need to get reduced check for not knowing what is to take care all customers!

In my experience, the staff/service here is generally pretty good. However, the manager Jessica seems to have a vendetta against me and has begun to make my experience at this store unpleasant. I had to file a complaint to the owner for a previous visit which has since been resolved and he was great in reaching out to me personally and resolving my issue. However since then out of spite Jessica has begun to find ways to mis-serve me in retaliation.. In my most recent visit I ordered a coffee with no ice and was given a half full cup. When asked to have my cup filled she refused. I am a regular here and have never had an issue with ordering a beverage with no ice. I am very disappointed as this is my closest local Dunkin Donuts and I generally really enjoy the franchise.

The manager wouldn’t serve me after placing $60 order because they said my face covering wasn’t good enough. Asked to speak with manager and she asked me to leave. Then one of the employees tried to fight myself and my friend. The employee also swore at my using the “f” word. Never going to any dunkin again. Starbucks is better and they don’t have roaches
