The WORST location. Do NOT go here. I just ordered food for my kids, 3 hash browns and 6 wraps-2 each. Those came out no problem. I ordered myself a bacon avocado toast and that took them 10 minutes to make! I paid, and we were told after 3 minutes to pull up to the second window. No problem, there were people behind us. Well, 6 people behind us got their orders and no one brought me my food. The guy came up and asked if we were still waiting on the toast and then after we said yes, he said she was going to make it now. I WAS FIRST AND PAID BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE! it was finally brought to me, and the lady who handed it over said the person making it had a lot of orders to make. Yet I was first for the drive through!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY.

Gone here 3 times and 2 times they've messed up my food order and 3 times they gave me a drink with almost 2 inches of foam. Worst Dunkin I've been to.

It was a little dirty. They had a sign that the rest rooms were not in use but they said they were then the toilet wouldn't flush. Yuk

So I hate giving one star so I won't, but I have gone to this Dunkin for the last 5 years since it is a block from my employment, and never had any issues. Well I don't know if they changed staff or what, but I went in last Tuesday 07/20/21 around 8:20 a.m and got two large caramel iced lattes, and they were so bad. Like tasted straight up like milk, couldn't see the caramel on the bottom so I doubt they put it in, and couldn't taste any coffee. Went in again today, and same thing, tasted like straight up milk, no caramel. The guy that cashed me out SOOO NICE. He was wonderful. I think they need to retrain, or have quality control work because this is probably just an inexperienced person. I just wanted to bring attention to this, no hate, no anger. I will not go to this location again, though, since I was scorned twice, but I do want to say the workers are super nice.

This Is the third time I come here And have an employee give me my order without a mask. I guess following the state mandate Isn’t a priority and don’t know the proper way of wearing a mask as someof them wear it with their nose uncovered defeating the purpose.
