Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Messed up the order two nights in a row, we were NEVER rude at all (having worked in customer service, rude customers are the worst). We were ONLY kind and we got the worst service in return. The women the first night were a blessing, so amazing. But one of our fries was missing. We just went and told them the next day because it was not a big deal, and they included the fries. But then they made the whole order wrong. That’s not an issue, it can always be remade, so we went back to have them remake the order and were met with attitude. I waited in line patiently and told them what was incorrect, they then remade the order incorrectly again. When I told them this at the window, the same rude woman snatched the bag up aggressively and went to have it remade a third time. If she wasn’t so despicable it wouldn’t have been an issue. Mistakes happen ALL of the time, we of all people understand that. I don’t know what this woman got out of being so rude and angry, but she made sure to say “fuck you” after I told her to have a great night. I wasn’t being sarcastic, I wanted her to have a great night because she was clearly having some major issues today. What do I do? I get back to the hotel, after almost an hour now, and the food is INCORRECT! What!!!! They did this on purpose without a doubt, fresco style means the same thing in every single state of the United States. No dairy, meaning no creamy whatever sauce or cheese. We had an entire conversation about the fact that fresco means no cheese and no creamy jalapeño sauce / creamy chipotle sauce, as they both have dairy. And she still had it made incorrectly with the sauce. Like they literally said “NO SAUCE??” And I said “No, no sauce, when it’s fresco style.” This was a very specific conversation, there is no way in the universe this was confusing. This is by far the WORST experience I have EVER had as a customer. If they are underpaid or poorly treated here, that is truly terrible. I don’t expect stellar customer service if they aren’t being treated fairly, but I certainly don’t expect to be sworn at and given the incorrect food 4 times 🤦‍♀️ How embarrassing. This woman needs to understand that her actions have consequences, and tonight that means someone on daily chemotherapy with cancer is not going to be eating dinner, because it was made incorrectly 4 times and they have a dairy allergy. Hope this is communicated to her as well as the upper management team, if anyone cares.

I was greeted at the drive thru mic with a friendly voice, that was clear and words were pronounced correctly. When I got to the window Kimberly greeted me with a smile, a hello, and then have a wonderful day. She explained what was in the bag and what was in the box. I had plenty of hot sauce and napkins. The order was correct, fresh, and hot. It awesome to get good food with wonderful service to bootl

I’m traveling and stopped for a quick meal. The taco shells are rancid. I’m surprised because they have to be really old for them to be that bad, and I’d have thought they would sell enough to use them before they had a chance to turn. Unless they are actually frying them and the oil has gone bad…..either way, I’m still hungry because they’re inedible.
