We came here for lunch after walking along the Rim Trail for a few hours. We were seated right away, and our waiter was a trainee. Service was very friendly, and the food was surprisingly good. I had a burger and fries, expecting it to be run of the mill and tasteless. It was actually pretty good. My wife had a club sandwich, which she said was okay. Overall, not bad for eating inside the park.

Thanks to Shannon's review, we found a good place for lunch. Rosie our waitress was excellent, with some helpful advise. Soup of the day was very good. Split a veggie quesadilla that came with salsa avocado and corn was top notch.

Angus Burger with Sautéed Mushrooms, Bacon, and Half Fries/onion Rings. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Recommend the mushrooms and onion rings, especially with the Grand Canyon pilsner.

Couldn't get a reservation at El Tovar and had a long wait at Arizona room so tried Bright Angel. Service was great, food came out pretty quickly even though they were quite busy. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Had the trout which was really tasty. Tasted very fresh. I honestly was not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised.

Ate Ice Cream from the "Fountain". Good "Grands" brand ice cream. It was nice to sit out on the rim and eat your ice cream.

I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Better than the Arizona Room that is also at the Bright Angel. I had tuna salad w capers over a bed of lettuce w tomatoes and cukes. Tahini dressing. Yummy. Good iced tea.

Surprisingly good. Whilst this is not fine-dining, nor does it purport to be. Pitched as family dining, we were impressed by the quality of food served amidst a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

We chose the fish tacos upon the recommendation of our server and agree they are definitely worth try.

If you're looking for a very comfortable place right on the edge of the Grand Canyon this is it. One of my favorite parts was waking up and having elk grazing right out in front of our cabin. I found the room to be very comfortable with really nice beds and our bathroom was very modern and comfortable. Our room had heat but I don't think there is air conditioning. Some of the rooms have en suite bathrooms and some do not. So be sure to inquire.

We enjoyed our stay at the at the historic Bright Angel Lodge. Right on the edge of the Grand Canyon. Room was nice. The shower room room was down the hall. We had our own shower room, not a shower shared with other rooms. We went on the Sunrise Tour. Tour guide was very helpful.

I'm so happy we went with the cabin over camping because there were a lot of thunderstorms during our stay. As far as cabins go, it was really nice. They have a mini fridge, a mini coffee maker with paper coffee cups, coffee, and tea. There's an ice bucket with plastic cups, showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sink has soap and lotion. The bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze; my knees nearly hit the tub. The closet has hangers, a safe, an extra pillow and blanket. The room does not have air conditioner, but does have a ceiling fan. The room has a TV on the wall that you can swivel around. It has cable channels. The canyon is right out the door and you can sit in your 'yard' and watch the sunset over the canyon or people walking by. Housekeeping comes by every day and empties the trash. We hung out towels for reuse, but we noticed the floor towel for the shower was changed. They restocked the cups we used.I'm not sure if they did any light cleaning.

The room was better in person than the online photos suggested. However, the room was not very well sealed. There were high winds during our stay and we could hear, feel and see the air coming through cracks around the doors and windows. But, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and even the partial canyon view was really nice. While there is heat, there's no air conditioning; however, there is a ceiling fan.

A very friendly lodge. It has a beautiful view right in front of the canyon. I took a trail, and it took me right next to this lodge . The lodge had a cute little area with antiques. A historic fireplace made from stones nearby is also found here. It a must-see place if you like history. This lodge has a bar and a casual restaurant. I ate here. It was good. I enjoyed the food. This was one friendly place

I really liked the south rim. Actually I was interested in antelope canyon too, but now I am very happy that I chose the south rim. I went there with Viator tour and the optional walking guide tour was amazing. The tour guide knows the best place to take photos and how to use the limited time there.

There was a female employee at the front desk in the morning of 4/22/22. She needs to be fired, ASAP. My girlfriend asked here if they had plastic utensils and she had the worse attitude. Other than that unpleasant disgruntled employee, the area was great and convenient. We didn't get a room on the edge of the cliff, but it was just a walk away. Clean rooms, towels and everything was how it was supposed to be. Be sure to pack your own food if you don't want to buy their overpriced food!

Amazing views, friendly staff, cute clean rooms. Must try the coff and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Needs more dinner options or bigger facility, they were always out of reservations and seats for the dining hall.
