When you have the opportunity to check out a brewery that's made its way into the folklore of craft brewing, you go. Tired Hands may or may not have made the first milkshake IPA, but they definitely make some of the best in this style. I had the lychee and double vanilla milkshake IPA's and they both exceed the standard in this style in my opinion. Come here, drink the beer, you won't be disappointed...

Fun spot for a happy hour or friend hangout! Enjoyed the easy ordering from each person’s phone. Loved the blueberry pancake IPA. Also enjoyed one of the hazy IPAs. The fries were a great side.

First visit in a while! Burger and fries were excellent, and review of the mushroom hoagie was also stellar. Longtime fans will remember a few blocks' walk to the general store for to go beer, but that is now in fridges with an incredible selection right in the fermentaria. Sad that the menu seems to have been cut down since my last visit (especially miss that fried chicken sandwich!!!!), but still a fantastic experience.
Drinks were: milk pour of trendler dunkel, passion fruit milkshake IPA, and Wish Fulfillment. All fantastic, of course!

The Fermentaria is open for in person dining again which is awesome! It was great be back. Still a great atmosphere, with excellent food, and fantastic beer. You can check the website to see what they have available to go before going.

The Milkshake IPA is amazing! Food wise, best fries ever and the mushroom grinder was delicious. Very crowded on a Saturday night so plan to enjoy a beer or two while waiting for a table.

It was great to be back! A happy reunion with my favorite beer on tap, and the mushroom grinder was amazing. Always a treat to chat with the the staff as well.
