Olive Garden Italian Kitchen

Convenient location. We used the app to get on the wait list & this helped tremendously. This location can get pretty busy, being very convenient to the airport & I -26 as well as many shopping centers. Food was good, but nothing special. What you expect at a chain. Service was excellent & atmosphere was good. Restrooms clean and well appointed.

Olive Garden has gone downhill. Their pasta sauces are not authentic. They taste as they come out of a jar or frozen. Some of their orders look like a tv dinner reheated and placed in a new container. Everyone is friendly, and the young lady that brought out the food was awesome. Unfortunately, great help and excellent servers do not make up for the horrible food. Restaurant Impossible or Chef Ramsey should come to the rescue.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Olive Garden in Arden, NC and to Carmen who delivered our meal! Carmen was highly organized and effectively delivered the meal for our event beyond our expectations! Her attention to every detail really took the stress off and the guests could not stop talking about the delicious the food! The service we received was outstanding and we look forward to our next opportunity to work with Olive Garden!

The overall food I can not give a 5 to. Most of their dishes taste like they came out of a jar. It's not real Italian food. I used to take advantage of buying one and getting 1, but it looked like a frozen dinner when I got it home. I could have saved money. I went to my grocery store to the frozen food aisle and got the same flavor and quality. I now go to Acropolis for my Italian food. The people are friendly but the food is horrible.

Without a doubt the Best Olive Garden experience my wife and i have ever had!!! In Asheville for or 46th wedding anniversary. We decided to eat at Olive Garden for dinner. Only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated our server (Leeann) was right there food was out fast and delicious. This Olive Garden should be used to train all others. If your ever in Asheville N.C , stop in you won’t regret it I Promise you. Thank you Leeann for making our anniversary great ( Even though you didn’t know it was our anniversary. LOL) God Bless you and we are sure glad that customer service in America is still going.
