Off the beaten path but definitely worth the drive from anywhere in the Asheville vicinity. Ivory Road offers excellent food, lovingly prepared and served by people who are genuinely happy you're there. The cozy atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Best breakfast in Asheville! Seriously!

The day was already off to a great start. My wife and I left Greenville a little after 5am to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway to watch the sunrise. Becky had found Ivory Road a day or two before; it was barely a ten minute drive from the Sleepy Gap Viewpoint, so we planned to go there for breakfast.
It was like having a meal at a good friend's house.
I had the Southern Skillet (this picture was after one bite) which was really good; my wife had breakfast al la carte. The coffee was _very_ good.
We enjoyed a conversation with Jill, and enjoyed a chat with another couple there.
We enjoyed pretty much everything about our visit, and look forward to stopping in again next time we're in the neighborhood.

Adorable little spot with most of their seating outdoors. The menu is fabulous with some variety, and all unique dishes. My breakfast tacos with chicken thighs and crumbled waffles were SO good, and service was super friendly and attentive. I will be back.

It's a great little cafe for sandwiches, soup and salad. The staff is very friendly and you always feel welcomed. Parking is a bit tight and they are busy, but once everything gets going it's great.
I've eaten here several times happily, but unfortunately my last experience (this week) made me sick after eating the salad with chicken.

Repurposed rock house on Brevard Rd. Specializing in breakfast/brunch. I had the Nutella & banana stuffed French toast. It was tasty, but I prefer French toast to have more egg. The coffee special of the day was also very nice. My husband had a sesame tempeh panini, which he enjoyed. There is very nice, shady outdoor seating & free on site parking. However, parking is somewhat limited. I appreciate that there was a wheelchair ramp next to the handicap parking. Nice, shady parking & outdoor seating, which is nice in Summer. Staff are friendly & professional.

My hubby & I went here today for brunch and it was beyond perfect.
The outside is so charming with its cottage feel and that feeling continues inside with its cozy rooms, teapot displays, and pretty views.
Kat was our waitress and she was so nice and helpful. I ordered the blueberry crumb muffin latte & my hubby went for traditional drip style. The latre was perfect on a slightly cool morning lime today.
I had the duck confeit pot pie with greens dressed with lemon poppyseed dressing & hubby had jalapeño biscuits with baked eggs drizzled with ham gravy, bacon, and fresh fruit. OMG! Duck pot pie!!!! Who knew?! Sooooo delicious. The puff pastry was perfect and complimented the tender veggies, melt in your mouth duck, and perfectly seasoned gravy within. Ed's biscuits were so tender and were perfect with the rather light ham gravy.
We look forward to returning
I true gem of a place❤️

Phenomenal brunch at this stellar cafe!!
We were welcomed from the moment we stepped out of the car and enjoyed great service throughout. The food was pretty spectacular all around. I am obsessed with the duck pot pie. Parents both got the cinnamon roll bacon egg skillet and the warm, nutty cinnamon paste/spread on the roll had us all singing its praises. Mimosas and coffee were great too.
It’s mostly outside seating here, but if weather is cooperating, outside is where you wanna be.

This is a quaint little restaurant in an old house. There are a number of rooms where you may be seated for your meal. The menu was somewhat limited.
We visited for lunch, but after looking over the menu we decided to order from the breakfast menu. We both had the Southern Skillet. It had cheddar cheese grits, bacon and two eggs served in an iron skillet. It was a delicious combination. The wheat bread came with honey butter and jam.
The meal was excellent and the service was good.
Enjoy a meal here when you can! And while you are there be sure to visit the Little Free Library near the parking lot. Take a book and leave a book!

Such a cute little place to grab breakfast. I had the chorizo hash bowl with Brussels. The almond butter maple latte was so good. It’s a house and the different rooms with seating was a very cozy vibe. Carolyn provided the best service too!

Once again Jill (and Nathan) knocked it out of the park. This take on a Reuben was beyond delightful. All the right flavors and perfect for an afternoon filling meal. 100% a must try dish!
