The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. The chicken is either undercooked or burnt. They treat the store like a street taco vendor. This place needs improvements. At least, it is a clean restaurant. The presentation of the dine-in isn't up to standard.

Two things, drive thru, first thing, I ordered 2 churros and they forgot to put in the bag. Second thing, I asked for extra salsa but she said they can't give it to me. Isn't there a self service salsa bar inside with no limits? I probably won't be coming back to this place.

Tried the avocado chicken burrito it was delish but ended up cooking the tortilla more because it got soggy and was falling apart. Delish though.

It was delicious!!! The chicken was juicy, tender inside and a little bit of crispy on the skin. Love the cole slaw, mash potatoes/gravy and macaroni. Most of the El Apollo Locco aren't this fresh. Big parking lot and service was fast. Staffs were very friendly.

We went to El pollo loco on Temple City to get to stat a salad's they were good but very little chicken we asked the lady and she was very rude terrible oh terrible I'll probably never go to that 1 again have a nice day everybody oh yeah
