Tasty place! Very yummy! I’ve never had this style of noodles before, and I’m disappointed I didn’t have this sooner. This was so good! They even give you a small bowl of rice to finish off the remaining sauce, meat, and whatever garnishes you have left in your bowl.

I've lived in Japan as a kid and I'm no amateur to the food, but this particular type of dish that they serve here was something completely new to me. I didn't want to go too hearty and just got The Original bowl and I thought I would still be a bit hungry thinking I should have gone with the Deluxe but that was definitely not the case. I was completely stuffed but the noodles were so good I practically slurped my way through these in an instant. If you're familiar with Japanese food but haven't tried this style of noodles, this should be the first place you stop into because this will be my new staple.

Great service, great food, and very filling! Came on a Wednesday evening and we were sat right away. They offer complimentary white rice at almost the end of your meal as the traditional Japanese way. Love that they keep and respect that culture here in USA.

Quick Summary Great food and IG/Yelp worthy photos. Fantastic value and really appreciate having a legit Japanese ramen franchise in the SGV (less need to drive to South Bay / Sawtelle, LA). A reminder that you can ask for less salt and oil if you prefer. Food- 5 stars Chashu Nagoya- have to order the classic. This is very good. Try to add a bit of vinegar to cut out the heaviness towards the end of the meal. They offer complimentary white rice at the end of you want to soak up the rest of the sauce! Yes, like all ramen, it's very heavy, so just a reminder you have the option to ask for less salt and oil if you prefer. I personally like to order the non-spicy, but recommend spicy if you want extra flavor and like spicy foods Service- 5 stars The service was solid throughout. Quick, fast casual dining with attentive servers Bottom Line Menya Hanabi is truly a gem in the SGV. Great food and fantastic value. It's quickly become my go-to whenever I'm in the Arcadia area

Unexpected delicious fusion food. These noodles are as if dan dan noodles were a carbonara, seasoned for a milder Japanese taste and then topped like ramen yet served with a thicker udon noodle. Was much more filling than I expected and leftover heated up better than I imagined. The karage, croquettes, and matcha tea were also very good. The karage is crispy and well seasoned, the croquettes are creamy and perfectly coated, the matcha latte is thick and rich. IMO due to the richness of the sauce and egg yolk, the deluxe bowl has a bit too much protein going on (poached egg, soft boiled egg, char sui pork, and taiwanese meat sauce) so I prefer the original (poached egg and meat sauce). Also due to the richness, I think the vinegar is key for cutting through the flavor. It becomes a bit one dimensional if you don’t add the vinegar. Overall excellent experience

One of the few mazesoba/mazeudon available in the larger Los Angeles area. The food here is fantastic with excellent service. Lots of free parking in the lot. There can be a slight wait, but it's worth it. I recommend the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba (no need to add brotha) and Iced Matcha Latte. Must try if you're a fan of ramen. Expect to pay $25-30 per person.

Truly a one of a kind experience. Noodles so uniquely delicious they incite cravings on the regular. This place is magic. Just wish I was privileged enough to live closer. Also, the takoyaki, absolutely divine.

So I got their 'Original Dry Noodles' to go. I also remember (pre-covid) it comes with a small bowl of rice. If you order to go, you don't get it. However, if you dine in, you get it. I also tried out their 'Japanese Sausage'. As you can see it comes with three small pieces. Not worth it at all. Plus, the sausage reminds me of hot dogs? It was sad. Their noodles are good. Super flavorful. You can order it spicy. It comes with a side of vinegar you can pour into your noodles. I tried a few bites without the vinegar and felt that once you add the vinegar, the flavor is not as strong.
