Domino's Pizza

Got the Specialty Chicken Jalapeño Pineapple. It's got some kick! Have a glass of milk nearby for this one. Lol. Also got a med pizza and the cinnamon twists. Great as always. Thanks ladies! Full Disclosure: this picture was taken last time I got it, not this time. It was too good, I just ate it up too quick to even think about taking a new pic! 😆

My order was the wrong toppings, when i tried to call to let them know i was on hold for 30 minutes with no one picking up. Not even a "thank you for calling please hold." Got to the point couldn't wait and just had to eat what they gave me. -_- also barely any sauce on it. And the pizza was cold Update: was finally able to get a hold of someone the next day and was able to explain what happened. They did apologize and were polite about it which i appreciate.

Trusted Google reviewer with over 20k likes on reviews and let me tell you what, never have I ever had a delivery driver press me to pay him a tip before in my life. Bug guy glasses blue car. He also stayed on my property when asked to leave. I will never order from this company again. Extremely disappointed with this. You NEVER beg a customer for a tip what in the actual hell is wrong with people. I felt so much anxiety I didn't even eat the food screw this place.

Today, the Arbutus, MD location Dominos called me back to let me know it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery. At least they were considerate this time around. I previously placed a complaint because I waited over 2 hours on New Year's Eve for my order. A lady manager called me back and said the next time I order, they would take $25.00 off. I asked how would they at the store know and she said it would be tied to my name and other info of mine. When I placed my order, they could not find any record of what the manager said to me. So of course I was upset and just placed my order anyway. Since then, I've tried to avoid ordering from Dominos. My son likes them though. That is why I tried to place an order today. I expect to get the $25 off a future order like the manager told me but I won't hold my breath.

Recently this dominos has gone downhill. Everytime I order it takes 2 hours, the app doesn't tell accurate times & they never have delivery drivers. They are understaffed unfortunately & the staff they have isn't always the kindest, but I might not be either if I have no help & all that work to do alone. Hopefully cooperate helps them soon.
