I see why people are lined up outside the door. They make really good coffee, and more than just make a tasty cup of coffee. They actually roast the beans right there--the bags of beans are on the floor to the right as you enter, and their roasting machine is across from the beans. It doesn't stop there. They have a case of sweet treats. I had a chocolate macaroon that was quite tasty. The staff is friendly. They have tables inside and out. The tables outside have umbrellas for shade. There is plenty of room to bring your friends. One more thing I really like is you can buy the coffee they roast. I am enjoying a cup of dark roast Columbian coffee and a chocolate macaroon while soaking up the rays at Pacific Coffee Roasting Co. I love the beauty that the owner cultivates in this space!

delicious açaí bowl. ordered a large and was more than enough to fill me up for breakfast! very refreshing and tasty. i also ordered a small hot chocolate. i was delighted to find that it was just to my liking. not too sweet, not too little sweetness. i definitely recommend checking this coffee shop out. the smell as soon as you step foot in is energizing!
