Yikes. Some of these reviews are kind of harsh. When you like a place on the whole and receive a single bad experience (which can happen anywhere) - you don't leave a review based on your worst experience at a place. We should all practice some patience and grace, especially with the state of staffing in the restaurant industry these past few years.
That all said, I haven't had many of the problems that others have mentioned, but I've often visited during off-hours and live close, so delivery times are artificially short for me and service has been more than acceptable because of the light load.
Food-wise you'll find the pizza to be of high quality with interesting flavor profiles in their specialty pizza menu section. I order from here when I want something pizza-adjacent but am burnt out on regular pizza delivery. The appetizers are unremarkable (except for this seasonal bacon-stuffed sort of tot thing they do sometimes, lawdy) but not bad by any means. Their pizza is the star of the show.
The only negative commonality I can share with other reviewers is that on very rare occasion, I have gotten a pizza or two where the toppings fall a pretty disappointingly far distance from the crust, resulting in a very sad pizza experience. I don't mind paying extra for the clearly higher quality ingredients but the (again, very rare) skimping on toppings combined with the premium price is not a good combo.
Overall, a great change-of-pace pizza place with friendly servers and specialty pizzas that are well-thought out. Some of the specialties will surprise you, tasting better and more interesting than you'd expect. Definitely worth a shot!

First time I've ordered from Glass Nickel, and will be the last. Had to wait like 5 minutes, for a pickup while people who came in after me were seated! Ordered extra pepperoni and looks more like extra light pepperoni.

I’ve been there 3 times in the month of May. Absolutely Love their Alfredo Pizza… You can order with or without the Chicken. I personally get thick crust, spinach, olives, mushrooms, no chicken. All 3 times the size and taste was delicious…. Staff members awesome! Definitely a place to take friends and family for a great pizza party you will not be disappointed!!!

Been ordering here for awhile sad thing is I live on the same road yet it takes them far too long an by the time I get it it's warm and not how I used to get them. Literally could jog there an be there in 2 mind 3 minutes max. Idk just seemed better in the past. Could fix the delivery 🤔

Food, ok. Service, started off great but, don't you dare ask for drink #2 without a drunky comment from their wait staff. I was insulted in front of my family for ordering another drink. Takeout or delivery are your best chance.

Fantastic Pizza! We stopped here while on a road trip and we're very happy with our pizzas, definitely someplace I'll be coming back to in the future.

I 100% reccomend this place! I just hands down had the best salad I can honestly say I've ever had in my life. I know, sounds dramatic but I'm not kidding. They are so generous with the toppings and it's all so insanely fresh. The pizza was fantastic and flavorful. You guys are awesome!!!
