The cashier in the drive-thru this morning was so nice. Like it's the best costumer service experience I've had in any Starbucks. My order was placed at 8:13 I didn't get her name but she definitely made a difference in my day.

I placed a pick-up order in the app before I arrived so that I could run in quickly on my way to an appointment and grab the coffee and go. The app allowed me to do a pick up order. When I arrived, parked and walked to the door, there were signs that the lobby was closed and only drive-thru. I get that because workers are limited but pick up needs to be temporarily suspended in the app when they do that. While I was trying to go inside, cars pulled up with full orders and I had to wait behind them for something I had already ordered and paid for.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been, came on my anniversary w my boyfriend to just charge our phones and the girl w the pink hair was super kind and helpful! As well as the guy who also had pink hair who made our drinks! I wish this Starbucks was in my area so I could visit again.

Web site states that they are open in-store, but they’re not. Plenty of staff inside, just refuse to unlock the door. Must be nice to pick & choose when to be open regardless of hours posted. Was going to go there because I’m waiting in the plaza for something else, but it’s ok, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Starbucks, as a whole, isn’t that great anyway.

Love love love! Always a happy experience when I come here. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming.
Despite being busy, the staff works together as a team and always seem to get the ball rolling fast.

We ordered at this establishment through Uber Eats, hoping to get a caramel Frappuccino and a cake pop. Instead, we got some hot vanilla latte that was for some person named "Fazeela", a name no where close to ours. To top it off, we can't even get a reorder on the coffee we wanted because it is too close to closing time. This such a dumb and noticeable mistake that I am forced to believe that the workers there do not try as hard or not as focused when it comes to orders being delivered cause they know that person would not be person to confront them if they made a mistake. I am very disappointed that such a mistake occurred and let me tell you that this was not the first time this happened to us when we tried to order through delivery.

They need to re-train their baristas because the last few times I got the Matcha it was barely matcha and mostly milk. The color wasn't the usual bright green more like a pale sage green and tasted only like milk. Very disappointing for a 6 dollar drink.

Super awesome and helpful baristas/workers in my experience thus far. Today there was one who was really helpful with my elderly father's questions who is not very familiar with Starbucks menu items and the guy was very helpful and kind in answering his questions. I wish there was a closer Starbucks to my house as this one is like a 23 minute drive but so far they've always made my new favorite drink I get there perfectly and I know their jobs are not easy with how much they gotta do and remember!
