The drive through takes at least 10 minutes before someone will take your order. Half the time they don’t have items on the menu. The drive through person is always rude. They will all be standing in the drive through talking when there are car waiting. I can imagine the owner of this location is losing money and it is purely because of the staff.

I would highly recommend this BK. Tikeisha was the most sweet, outgoing and personal associate that i have had ever going through a fast food chain. She was very knowledgeable with items that were out of stock and recommend great alternatives. 10/10 would recommend!

This Burger King should be closed! This Burger King does not open on time and they run out of food. If you can’t open on time and you run out food then why are you open? The staff and management are both lazy and incompetent.

Every time we visit this location it has fresh hot food! The works speak and they are hospitable!
One day as we had to care for errands in another area we stopped at Burger King and to surprise the food was Old tasting and missing items. So we had to come back to get the items in which we were asked why didn't we get the missing items? Simply put you didn't give them to us!!!🥸🧐😒
SO, WE HEAD HOME WITH A BAG FULL OF FOOD AND FRUSTRATION! BUT WE DECIDED to stop and see if this location could make it better. Although it wasn't her responsibility Ms. Welma the manager who took a lose to money at this location. Showed hospitality in accommodating us and sent a very pleasant worker who was originally from Milwaukee WI out with our new food. This cheered us up since we grow up in Chicago and Milwaukee as Bucks fans. Point They are an amazing staff & excellent place to enjoy the BK-Way!
