Carl's Jr.

We were in here on the evening of 2/24/19, just after dark. Mac's Old House had a 90 minute wait, so... this was it for us, 2 teens, and a friend. I had chicken tenders and onion rings. Not great - I was actually pretty disappointed. Even more disappointing is the fact their sign says Green Burrito on it, but they no longer share this location with the Mexican food chain. So yah, my food sucked. BUT the young man working at the register was super nice and friendly and seemed excited about his job. No joke! I wish I'd caught his name - even our 16 and 18 year olds seemed to notice! And that is great customer service! ($50 for 4 dinners.)

Until this visit, I have avoided eating here for months. After a unrelenting string of mediocre food, I needed a break from what used to be my go-to fast-food restaurant. This was a improvement over my last visit; my chicken sandwich bread was NOT stale. That's a pretty low bar I know but it's something. Good luck.

As with all fast food establishments, you expect prompt services right? Well, Carls is definitely not one that keeps that promise. But in their defense, the food does taste "fresher" than Mc Donald's or Burger King. Carls used to offer green burrito here but i guess cost and demand wasn't matching up so they got rid of it. Overall, if you're looking for an exotic burger (think guac, muster cheese, A1 and onion rings) then this is a good place to stop. Just don't expect it to be fast.

Although the food i got was hot and fairly tasty.....it was NOT however the food that i ordered and on top of that a cheaper menu item. So i didn't get my order AND GOT RIPPED OFF, in the process. I have grown to expect this going thru the drive thru of fat food joints....but when you are the ONLY PERSON in the place (10am)...i don't see how ordering the promo item du jour could be screwed up??? Btw AVOID DEL TACO ACROSS THE STREET AS WELL!!! You have been warned.

I've had both hamburgers (Carl's Jr.) and Mexican food (Green Burrito) at this location. The burgers feature a flame-boiled patty that's perhaps slightly better than average for a fast-food burger, though nothing to write home about. Carl's Jr. mainly shines in the combos they have, like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. It's all about the toppings and accessories. The fries are tasty, the drink selection is good, and the soda machine is public-facing so you can get refills yourself. The food from Green Burrito isn't bad, but it isn't great either. I'm not a big fan of the beans, and refried beans (frijoles) are a key ingredient in Mexican food. Not offering rice is another big negative. It's nice to have some variation occasionally, but none of the food I've eaten from Green Burrito would ever make me drive out of my way to get it. The store itself is modern and nice, and they have some big-screen TVs on an internal channel featuring news stories and other entertainment to keep you occupied. The store is kept clean, and as is tradition at Carls Jr., they give you a number and then bring your food to the table when its ready.

I was in a hurry and needed meals ASAP for the boy scouts troop 450. All I wanted was 2 small cheese burgers and fries for 10 kids. Of course I was thinking small cheese burgers that I would get at your competetor. Needless to say the front cashier understood my needs that need to be meet the of 10 hungry boy scout from ages 10 to 15. She estemated the sizes of the burgers pre child/ teen aged to satisfied thier hungry needs. I was try appreciated her help and the staff for working quickly and efficiently to make it happen, I like to thank to the staff on lone tree way for making it happen. Troop 450 mom
