Looney's Pub

So this last night was my first night here at Looney's, and what I loved most about this place is that I felt at home for the first time. There wasn't too many people there for this or that reason so I got to meet the people that were really a part of the community and I really want to move to Antioch now. I do karaoke and I said they can post one of my songs. I hope you know that I'm not trying to impress you, I want you to know that you are worth everything.

Went there for the first time about a week ago. It was almost 10 and we were trying to find some where to eat on a Saturday night. Mostly everyone's kitchen was already closed or close to closing. We called Looney's and the person on the phone told us the same story, the kitchen is closing at 10. We said awww ok thanks anyway but he insisted we could still come for food because it was only 9:45. The person on the phone was Matt the bartender. He was awesome! We ordered a chicken quesadilla, lobster roll and mac and cheese with lobster. The quesadilla was delicious, the lobster roll was comparable to Station 51 and half the price! I wish I would've taken pictures! The mac and cheese was a bit over cooked but we chalked it up to ordering at closing time. Matt said to come back on Tuesday for half price pizza, so we did. The order took a bit longer than expected but he said there was a big to go order right before us so I'm glad we got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. As you can see by the picture, it was cooked perfectly and was half cheese half bacon. The sauce had a good flavor and there was just the right amount. However, it could've used way more bacon! We'll definitely be back to try other items and to see Matt of course!

Been there twice now. First time I had their Burger, which was pretty awesome. Had everything you need for a great half pound burger. Second time I had their onion rings, which i would put in the top 10 for onion rings I have had. Very casual, friendly atmosphere that instantly makes you feel like a regular.
