Just picked up food curbside and the person who came out to bring my order was SMOKING while trying to hand me the food! So disgusting!!! I had been smelling cigarette from my car for a while as I was parked waiting, and couldn't believe it was an employee right there smoking ON THE JOB. Thankful
Placed order at drive-thru. When I got home the French Fries were half cooked. Totally disgusting. I will not go back. Wendy’s here I come.
I get it, it was early in thr morning but when someone orders the iced caramel mocha and you don't have it or know how to make it, don't give the customer a watered down chocolate shake.
I like this Mcdonalds. It is pretty fast and the food is okay. The fries and shakes are AMAZING. I got chicken nuggets but they were disgusting. They tasted horrible and not even a lot of ketchup could help it. This might be a once in a while experience but not what I expect from Mcdonalds. Overall
Store is extremely dirty; floors are dirty, tables are dirty and strewn with trays and garbage. I get you're dealing with short staffing levels and whatnot, but this place is just dirty.
