I ordered two bowls and a burrito. The burrito is half the size as normal and just look at this bowl. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid $50 for this meal. Don't ever go to this chipotle. The workers could care less what happens.

Stood in line for 15 min. with my 4 and 8 yo for cheese quesadillas. They ran out of the small “kids” tortillas and refused to make any with the larger ones. Unbelievable they have no flexibility when a customer, willing to pay whatever for a larger quesadillas is turned away. I would never leave a review like this but trying to explain this to a crying 4 year old is ridiculous.

The worst chipotle ever I ordered from here & they messed up my whole bowl, they put everything i didn’t ask for in my bowl. They can never get a order right they need to hire a whole new team.

I’ve been in this establishment twice. Once was with coworkers (didn’t order) second, I ordered. Both times, the staff was very unwelcoming. They seem as though they don’t want to be there. I asked for extra guacamole and the girl scoops a quarter size more to add to the less than full initial scoop. If I have to pay extra , more than the $2.15 for guac, then so be it but give me what I asked for extra! And with less attitude, it’s not your money! The new Carne meat was hot, but chewy! Stringy

I just ordered Steak Bowl missing every item but rice, beans, and cheese. The rice is also the wrong rice and it was half a bowl. Honestly worst experience possible. This constantly happens here and I keep giving them a chance only because they're close.

Ordered a carne asada bowl with guacamole
and they didn’t put the guacamole
I also ordered large guacamole with chips, queso Blanco and chips plus a soda. They forgot my queso blanco and chips. called 3 times today and they didn’t answer at all. I definitely want to know what happen with my order.

Thus isn't one of the better Chipotles I've been to. The staff seemed like they didn't care much for their jobs. They weren't rude, but you could tell they would rather be doing something else. They didn't mess up my food thankfully.
