The food was excellent, especially for a chain restaurant. I got the Capastrami and it checked a lot of boxes for me - lots of pastrami, good coleslaw and Russian dressing. Check check check. The fries were great as well. I was somewhat peeved that my meal came out in a to go bag. Environmental concerns aside, it hid the fact that there were zero napkins and ketchup. Even that would’ve been fine except there was neither ketchup nor napkins to be found. I had to ask. Then there were the employees who were obviously dead inside but that’s to be expected from a glorified fast food joint. I thought I was being nit picky and then I watched an employee cough without properly covering her mouth. We’re talking maskless, full mouth open cough. On the bright side she pointed it away from people and towards the chips. I’d recommend it for the food if you’re around and starving. Just set your expectations accordingly.
