Firenzes has survived many years of changes in the Market House and has continued to be, in my opinion, the best ice cream in Annapolis. This is mainly due to the fact that they put out the best possible product they can. They add new flavors regularly but the mainstays, like coconut and mango, are always available and always delicious. The owner goes out of his way to take care of his customers, and I hope to see him and his shop here for many, many more years to come.
If you like fresh, bright flavors, there is no better ice cream than Firenzes.
Great gelato with lots of flavorful options (even vegan). Scoops were very generous and came at a reasonable price. One of my favorite parts was the server who was extremely helpful and engaged, while being positive and friendly! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!!
Amazing gelato! The shop is in the combined buildIng and located in the back left from the front entrance.
The gelato and Italian ice was delicious. We were offered many samples. The specialty flavors were spot on. I really enjoyed the passion fruit. I can't wait to come back!
This authentic little gelateria is a fantastic little secret of Annapolis. The experience was reminiscent of some gelaterias I frequented while in Europe. Firenzes offers an eclectic blend of new and familiar flavors making each visit unique. The portion-sizes are generous considering the rich flavors of the gelato & sorbet.
It can get a bit noisy as the stand is tucked into the back corner of the Market Space, but there are tables and chairs outside, or visitors can eat while walking the streets of Annapolis. Will definitely visit again!
