Got a lavender milk tea. Was a nice and light favor just the way I like it but unfortunately when I came at 8:00 they were out of tapioca pearls. Would definitely come back!
Great Boba drink. Better taste than Kungfu tea, however the boba pearls are a little harder to chew.

My biggest peeve is convenience and this can't be more convenient 🤓. Right off 236 heading East towards Alexandria on the right hand side, this shop is tiny, clean, and easy to get to. There's a decent parking lot and other shops I wouldn't go to aside from this one. The cost of the tea is comprible

Not the best bubble tea I've had (though I've had a lot) but refreshing and fresh teas and milk foam, nothing tasted fake or made from a concentrate. There might be better in Annandale, but I would go back (when their a/c is working 😋)

Really nice little place, got the bubba Thai tea and the Vietnamese coffee. I haven't been able to find a place with good Viet coffee but this place hit the spot. I will definitely be coming back to try different teas, juices and smoothie from their menu.
Had a great milk tea. Actual fresh and sweet bubbles.. not waxy like some places. Employee was patient and happy to answer questions.
