This is a very welcoming place to eat with good food. Parking is not an issue which is another advantage. The setting is very comfortable and relaxing. The server was very friendly, helpful, and kept checking on us. Love it. Both my wife and I had katsu, which were tender and flavorful.
Wow! What a hidden treasure! One of the best donkatsus / 돈까스 my wife and I have ever had, and she’s a connoisseur coming from LA! It had everything a donkatsu should be—crispy, juicy, a large quantity, clean-tasting, and with the perfect sauce accompaniment. Great service, too! Be prepared to poss
An extraordinary Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant, this place has great service and even better food. I actually visited twice: once for their katsu, another time for their ramen, and both times were excellent. The Korean ingredients and preparations really mesh well with the dishes. As for the p
I was looking for a lunch spot and happened upon this place. Miso, oddly enough, doesn’t have a lunch menu, but it’s offerings fell very appropriate for lunchtime. The restaurant itself it rather dark and uninspiring, but the food itself was excellent. I ordered a Katsu-Noodle Combination, specific
Came here Saturday night for dinner—surprisingly it was pretty empty so got a table right away. The Katsu is good here—loved the Pork Katsu!!! The Chicken Katsu was good too, but I enjoyed the pork one better. The portion is huge and you get some small sides too (egg soup, soup, kimchi, etc.). Tr
We been going here for a long time. I always love it here. We usually get the spicy mussels, they are so delicious. Its a fusion between like korean and japanese food. The katsus are good, cant go wrong. Udon was good too. The wife got spicy ramen, it was ok, not bad. overall, its a nice spot to hit
Best donkatsu in town! Crispy and the pork was super soft, portions are a good size. And server is attentive and efficient
Good food. Their fried food is their bread and butter. Overall I like the pork and the fish. The chicken always seems a bit dry. I like to do the bigger protein with the smaller udon. I feel like the bigger udon isn’t really enough meat with the smaller katsu.
Amazing katsu!!!! They cook it brilliantly and it's not too oily. I got the flounder katsu with sashimi rice, and my friend got flounder with caviar rice. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back. The caviar spicy oysters were also delicious.
A typical suburban spot but I come here periodically to get my donkatsu craving fixed. I usually get chicken katsu jungsik with udon and happily finish my meal. It is a trip for me as I live in DC, but happy to make the trip! The server I always saw seemed to left the restaurant who was so friend
