The the food the service and the place it self is awesome the the decorations on the walls it just gives me an awesome feeling I have to say the fish and hush puppies are one of my favorite.
I think the dinner bell is a great place to eat especially on Thursdays. That's chicken and dumpling day and they aren't from any can either. They are homemade and delicious!!!
Its just a really down home fun loving atmosphere, wait staff is great. Martina and Byron walk through and say hi to everyone. Food is home made. Desserts are top notch and also made from scratch. Be sure to ask Byron if s pickle is a vegetable..?..You just never know what he's.gonna say. ..

Great breakfast of eggs, bacon, wheat toast and coffee. Service was excellent . Later we ordered a coconut pie for dinner, which was excellent as well.
The meals our family had were great - and the desserts were huuuuuge, and very good! Our waitress was kind, friendly and efficient. Also, fun atmosphere.

We rode up to blessing of the bikes and stopped for gas next door. We just happened to look over and saw this place and decided to try it. Best decision of the day. The food was awesome. I got the Sunday special with all you can eat fried chicken and dumplings with mashed potatoes, corn ,green beans, slaw and a roll. No complaints at all. We are already talking about riding up again just to eat there
We sat at the Dinner Bell Too in Anna IL. A total Southern Illinois treat. I felt like I was getting a home cooked meal from my grandmother. The bacon was tasty, crunchy, and flavorful. I loved all the decor on the walls. It definitely makes you feel like you are going back in time. The sweet tea has a definite dominant Southern flavor. Absolutely loved it!! 5 stars all day!! π π π π π
The place was packed with people on Sunday. It was doing an all you can eat fried chicken dinner, and it looked amazing! Our server lady was kind and kept an eye on our needs. I really enjoyed the visit, and the good food. I am keeping this gem in mind when we return to the area.
Very good place to sit down and enjoy an American style breakfast. Food was delicious and cooked just to my likings. The only complaint is that it seems like the dining area is very small.
Bummed that they ran out of catfish. Did a quick rescan of menu to find something else. Hard when you were geared for catfish. All was great otherwise.

This is a great ma and pa diner spot. π· Pig out for very little money π° remember to tip the nice girl that's waiting on you...she works very hard and is very friendly and attentive.
