Food has been inconsistent, but at least the store is open more consistently than other locations in the area. Mainly posting this to remind myself to stop rolling the dice with this place. Today our sandwiches mostly tasted likd grease, and the nuggets were so dry that my wife couldn't finish them. One time the food was so salty that it burned our taste buds. A lot of times they get the food right. The times they get it wrong though is punishing. Staff are generally courteous. They offer curbside and drive thru. It's in a busy area which can make it challenging to get in & out.

Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service!
P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted.

The Best McDonald's in the state and best I've been in over 20 years
New job in Ann Arbor and haven't had McDonald's in like 3 years due to lack of money and just got tired of having up and down quality but this one every day no matter what time between the hours of 11:00 and 5:00 p.m. ordering the same thing two double cheeseburger large fries identical everyday and I get no onions and those burgers were done right off the grill and done right service outstanding at the microphone and delivery of food

Went inside to use the restroom , three people standing behind the counter talking and the restrooom was disgusting, absolutely nasty. Definitely didn’t make me want to eat there, so I didn’t. Wouldn’t want to know how gross the kitchen is where customers can’t see if you won’t clean the restroom where customers can see. I wish I had my phone on me I would definitely upload pics. I will be back to check again and get some pics if none of you decided to clean. Zero stars if I could. There’s no excuse to be standing around talking if the bathroom looks like that.

I’ve been waiting 20 minutes just to let you know the name on my order. If you don’t have the staff to make the delivery orders, please turn the apps off. Stop making drivers wait forever just to pick up the order you don’t have enough people to prepare.

Frozen food that is made incorrectly along with the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Lady walked away in the midst of making a sandwich to check her phone while everybody else stood aimlessly around the kitchen. No hellos, thank yous, or have a nice days...

I had a bacon burger actually it was very good it’s been a minute since I had a burger and I was craving one for the past few days so I thought I’d stop at MCKY D’s and smash me a nice burger 🍔 the fries were fresh KRISP and very hot 🥵 yummmmy No stop reading this and go smash a burger 🍔

Waited 15 minutes with no one else in line front of me. Three workers were standing/walking around idle. Food was cold, fries were old and lukewarm. Never patronizing here again!
