Stopped by and loved the scene here. They roast the beans in house and show all the locations they come from. Great coffee, ordered the Café con Miel. Also checked out the bakery next door and it was well worth it to have something to snack on with my coffee.
Great setup with multiple store fronts nicely separated by specialities. Great coffee and single origin whole beans. Has quite a variety of chocolates too. Went over to bakery and grabbed some pastries which were fresh and delicious. Their baked goods are always consistent in taste and quality.
Food tasted great, but might need a hearing aid before you come here. Noisy crowd, loud machine and entitled AA Kar** and you have to try your best to hear your name being called. Baristas get annoyed when you get confused if you are 15th Michael in the room. There are definitely better systems.
Been a fan of Zingermans products for years. I had never been to this particular location. So I decided to try on a recent Monday.
I ordered a tall decaf and 1 hot chocolate.
The decaf tasted great as did the hot chocolate. The issue with both items was heat. Maybe I should say lukewarm both items.
Average! The lemon scone didn't taste like lemon, it tasted like sugar and it was mostly on the dry side.
The medium roast black coffee was VERY ACIDIC!!! Couldn't even drink half of it!
The only good thing was the polite and friendly staff:)
