Good restaurant. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it. I like their drinks menu. The staff is very welcoming and prompt. One of the highlights - unlimited breadsticks. Do ask for Alfredo dip with it. Entrees might seem expensive. Unlimited soup and salad is a great option as well.

This location has wonderful food and service. The restaurant is very clean also. If you're lucky you can be seated by the pond and watch the geese and a cute little Beaver 🦫. Also the food is very good! Love the chicken parmesan! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try during non peak hours! They do get busy.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had service wise. We were sat 15 minutes before we were asked for our drink orders. We were waited on by Destiny. By then we figured out what we wanted to order entirely. It was confusing because we beat the dinner rush and it really was not busy yet. We were brought a visibly dirty salad plate and asked for a replacement which we never received so my autistic brother figured out to make a bowl out of the breadstick basket and a napkin… he ate his entire salad out of it and she never brought a plate even after witnessing this. At one point my brother got up and filled our drinks himself. It was all very odd and uncomfortable. I have no idea what she was doing or why she was seemingly always missing from the dining room while we saw other staff again and again. Very disappointed. The food was good but the service was the worst I’ve ever received in Ann Arbor - we are still all shocked.

We check in at 12:20 with call ahead seating stating our table turn was ready and possibly a 10 minute wait. Understandable. Lobby was full. The 2 hostesses seated entire lobby. We waited. More people came in. Still was by passed for another full lobby. (We are a family of 5) There was possibly 50 people seated while we still waited. We asked 3x if we were going to be seated. I went to the kitchen area and asked to speak to the manager. (Privately) He went to see why we were being bypassed. The girls told him our name was called 5 minutes earlier! My party was standing there patiently waiting. Never unkind. The 5 minutes was the 5 minutes it took to speak to the manager. My family was standing right there. 100% these 2 girls lied! He said it was in the computer we were called 5 minutes earlier. They watched me go toward the kitchen. It feels as if they added that for him to say that we were called. He got us seated. When we were seated these 2 girls went (blatantly in front of us) to tell our waitress we went and reported them to the manager to dirty her about us. This waitress never let these 2 girls words affect her. She was kind, caring and served our table with respect. We tipped her 20%. This manager NEVER came and apologized or even check up on these girls. I asked him to check how many folks were seated from 12:20 until he seated us. We live in A2 and many, many friends live here and can attest we are kind people. I am hurt for the disrespect we received and in our Building Business in this community we would never disrespect a client. Not one of Olive Gardens guests even knew we were upset. We handled it with dignity. Somebody needs reprimanded. This manager and those two young ladies. Appalling!

My mom and I were feeling brave so we brought FOUR kids in with us tonight to eat and ABBY was our waitress. She was amazing. I felt terrible with how demanding our crew was but she did it all with ease. She made our experience a breeze and kept our kids happy and behaving good plus the food was amazing! Thank you so much Abby! Olive Garden Ann Arbor is so lucky to have you as the face of their establishment
