First time here today and what can I say, I’m OBSESSED! I’ve been here twice today. Food is so fresh, and the staff is amazing. I love them.

Bartels is an Anderson favorite for years. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Your food isn't made until you order it, so plan on waiting for a few minutes depending on the time of day. The burgers are always delicious and not to mention juicy. The fries WILL BE HOT.

Terrible service. Didn’t even order because the worker decided to help other folks out of turn and then answer the phone without ever once acknowledging me despite me standing right in front of her. Don’t need to try the food to know it’s likely awful if that’s the level of service they provide.
