Arby's

Had lunch here twice in the last couple of weeks. Was very pleased. Food was hot, fresh and delicious, restaurant area and restroom was clean as a pin. Will definitely be back. My sister and I had the fish sandwich 1st visit, 2nd time I got French Dip, she had the Brisket. She went to the other Arby's a day later on 28 and ordered it again.

Great food,friendly people,and a good atmosphere....I love Arby's food period..There unusual assortment of Sandwiches are the best I've eaten at any of the fast food restaurants...Simply put..... Arby's...is personally my favorite !!!..They are constantly bringing new and unique sandwiches, (to the table)..They're ..one of a kind..and the best tasting variety of sandwiches..that I've ever eating...I'm hooked on ... Arby's....and this. is what keeps me coming back for more...!!! Month after month... Year after year !! Hope to see you there..So check them out !!

I visited this location on Saturday, December 4, 2021. I was thankful that I went inside to place my order because you are unable to see everything that goes on from the drive-thru window. There was a customer ahead of me . As I waited to have my order taken, I noticed that the manager, Ruth, lowered her mask and coughed in her hand. She asked the customer to excuse her as she proceeded to take his money and wait on me. Before I placed my order, I asked the manager if she had any sanitizer? She replied, " yes, it is located on the wall near the restrooms." I then asked her if she could go and sanitized her hands because she coughed in her hand? She gave me this looked at me as though I was being unreasonable. However,; she went and sanitized her hands and came back rubbing her hands together and speaking sarcastically , " ok, they are all sanitized." As a customer, I should not have to ask an employee , especially someone in management to stop and sanitized their hands after coughing. She is working in a restaurant, around food, it should have been an automatic response that she needed to clean her hands because coughing, as well as sneezing, spreads germs. It is unlikely that I will return to this location anytime soon because my business as a customer was not valued as well as my safety ( in light of the pandemic)..

Not a happy camper with the Arby's on 28 bypass . The one on 28 is my normal Arby's.. Stopped there today && the employees was rude, they rushed me as I was giving my order so they messed up my order. When corrected on the mess up, they wanted to act like it was a big problem for them to fix it && wanted have an attitude about it
