Arby's

Wow… just wow. Spent 22 bucks to have them totally mess up an order. Got four sandwiches and they were literally tossed together like someone hated their life. The bun was stale. The cheese sauce was non existent. They didn’t even take the order properly and messed up my wife’s. They earned one star back because it was okay tasting. But over all very disappointed.

We came in today 2/26/22 to get a sandwich that they owed us plus lunch. Pat I believe the manager, was yelling at the front register person about us and how to go about looking in their blue IOU notebook. The book was full of owed sandwiches. We ordered two meals plus the one they owed us. When we got our bag they forgot my husband’s cheese roast beef sandwich. Which my husband caught it before we left the store. At home my husband opens up his sandwich wrapper only to find out there was NO CHEESE on it!! This store is totally messed up. They need to train their staff not by yelling at them, or yelling at the customers! I will never go to this Arby’s again .

This restaurant is near the interstate. Easy to get to from I-85. Getting back on I-85 requires following signs out of the back of the property and onto Welpine Road (not difficult- if you follow the signs). Service was quick and efficient. We received our correct order the same time we received our change- quickly! The food was hot and prepared well. I have been to this particular Arby’s before and they are consistent in service and good quality food. This visit was quite pleasant because of a friendly staff member (Alicia) who spoke to us as she was cleaning tables. Not over-bearing, just friendly and engaging. This was a terrific surprise for an interstate-side fast food place.
