Little Caesars

Poor service! Poor customer service. Will never ever go here again! From the manager down to the employees they are rude and need to be retrained in customer service. I will definitely not recommend anyone to visit this location. This was a horrible experience! When the employee is taking drive through orders and have 2 people waiting in line for like 20 mins and the employee didn’t even stop to acknowledge that we were even standing in the line. I had to ask for the manager. And all the manager say is he is taking both orders. Like where is the customer service. It would have cost a thing for him to say hello I will be with you in a moment. Or something. But no he just act like we were invisible. I will never go back to this little Caesar again. And I won’t let any of my family go here either! Sincerely an unsatisfied customer

Came in today at 5:30And placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas hot and ReadyI got my order 45 minutes later Completely rude staff They do not pay attention to the customers waiting I'm completely dissatisfied with the service received And honestly my pizzas had to be cooked fresh because there was no hot and ready pizzas available but yet during the week that I had They're still not going to be hot and Ready Wouldn't let me give zero stars or I would have so that's why they're getting 1 They definitely need They definitely need better They definitely need better staff Add a manager who cares about customer service And executing customer service to the higher standard!

I frequently eat at Little Caesars and this is the worst one. I ordered the lunch combo on the app and I typically like garlic butter and parmesan cheese on my pizza I called the restaurant right after placing my order to see if they could accommodate my request guy on the phone said the could and told me when it would be ready. Sooo I waited about 10 to 15 minutes before going inside I walk thru the door was never greeted the guy was looking down as if he was waiting on me to speak to him. Eventually he looks up and ask can he help me told him what I was there for and ask if it was prepared the way I asked for it to be prepared he said no we charge extra for that and I told him the guy on the phone didn't say anything about extra cost associated with order which I would have paid if I was told upfront. So I said nevermind just give me a pack or two of parmesan cheese and then he says we charge for that too and that this store has been stopped giving those away. That's like Burger King saying they are going to start charging for ketchup. I hope the manager or owner sees this post, worst experience dealing with Little Caesars.
